COVERED PATIO WITH OCEAN VIEW: Large covered patio with plenty of seating. Amazing view of the Gulf!

A nice relaxing retreat!

When we take trips to 30a our main objective is to spend the most time at the beach and this location made that super easy. The condo was nice and clean. The checkin/ checkout was super easy. It was definitely one of our favorite stays in Santa Rosa Beach! We will be back!

Seagrove 30A

The property manager was very responsive to questions regarding the limit of 4 access bracelets. He also allowed for an early check in which we appreciated after a 10 hour drive. Everything was in working order, except the icemaker which was very slow to release ice. The floors in the bedrooms have been updated and are nice looking. The tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms appears older and thus decreases the overall appearance. The patio was very spacious with many seating options. The cleaning service could do a bit better job as I did find food crumbs on the shelf below the tv in the living room, and the master bath needs a good deep cleaning around the toilet and in the shower. Overall this unit is nice and I would recommend.

Fantastic Condo!

It was a last minute booking and boy did we luck out! The location was perfect to all amenities, very well stocked, comfortable beds and most of all clean! We would definitely love to rent again!

Family beach vacation

The condo was very nice and spacious. Updated and clean. There are two huge pools that are very nice. Easy beach access. Not too far from seaside with restaurants and shops and Publix. My only thing I can say is a drawback is this room did not come with beach service and I overheard other rooms did. So you had to bring down your own tent/umbrella to set up everyday and you were behind the front beach service umbrellas everyday. You can purchase them for a week but it would of been nice if they were included. It is on a private beach which was great not having to share with the public beach access as it got very busy. Overall, we had a great time and would come back.

Great vacation

This was a great condo. I’ve been coming to the 30a area for 30 years. This was a great location that was quiet but close to everything. It is off the main road enough to have little traffic and plenty of peace and quiet. The property is on the beach and has a great pool. Would definitely stay again.

June beach vacation

Overall great experience. Probably the cleanest condo we've EVER rented. A few things I'll mention. Internet was good but if you want live TV make sure you bring your own streaming service, like youtubetv, Hulu.... Roads to restaurants, shopping and grocery store are extremely congested with golfcarts and slow posted speeds clogging up traffic, at least for month of June. May not be an issue for you but for ol country boy traffic congestion was aggravating. Overall, if you're looking for a beautiful beach location for your family, that's safe to let your teen girls run around on, I believe this is your place

Great proximity to the beach with a beautiful view.

Overall, the condo is very nice with great kitchen amenities. Only a few maintenance updates are needed. The beach is covered with rented chairs that this condo doesn't provide which makes getting a decent spot difficult. I would recommend renting them or staking out a spot super early. A few extra blankets would be nice too. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Just a great 4 days. Location is fantastic, beach access so simple, unit is perfect! Love the two swimming pools and the view from the deck. We will be booking again!

Simple but Excellent Condo

Dunes of Seagrove is a little gem. We loved the pool and beach access with a 5 and 7 year old. We also found that all other owners and visitors were very professional and friendly. Lots of kids to play with and a very quiet property. Private beach was the cleanest around as we walked to Eastern Lake a few times. Brooks the owner was incredibly responsive when needed and also accommodated an early check in early for grocery arrival. Beds were very comfortable. Living room and patio furniture could use a little update but nothing that impacted our stay. We would come back to this property. Loved the near by seafood market called buddy’s.

Great location, close to beach, beautiful pool, and beautiful view!

We have stayed at lots of places & condo's along 30 A that would be similar in price but this one is not quite up to the same par. The description listed it as updated and yes maybe the counter tops were updated and bathroom vanities, but furniture felt very dated. Very very dark as the lighting was not very good at night. Overall felt like everything needed a good deep cleaning. (may be a reflection of the cleaning service being used) The master shower had mold around the edges, baseboards had dust and dirt especially in both baths. Don't expect a lot of Kitchen utensils, very basic. If you plan to eat in much might need to bring some of your own pans, etc. Closets very small and not much storage in bedrooms or kitchen for food. Would stay there again but would be aware of what to expect. Also, never stayed in a place where you were expected to throw your sheets in the washer before you left. After Covid 19 I would think if I were paying this much for a condo the sheets/towels would be sent out to a service that would sterilize everything.

The condo was exactly what we needed. The location was great and the view was perfect!!! My sister and I stayed for a brief weekend, and we spent a lot of time of the beautiful balcony! The host did a phenomenal job of communicating. They made it so easy and were able to accommodate every request we had. You will not be sorry booking with them!!! Thank you!!!

Great Getaway- Love the location

This property was great. With small children, we wanted easy beach and pool access and this gave us both. We also really enjoyed the large balcony with dining table and lounge chairs. We were very happy with our stay! Thank you!

Great location - Great views

Great location, however there were a few things I would have appreciated. More than a single roll of toilet paper, at least a starter pack of detergent, notes that there were additional towels and bedding under the beds (that I found when we were checking under the bed for left overs when we were leaving). Great and comfortable beds, balcony, and space. Lots of room to move around. Great amenities in kitchen. They need to do a bit more updates in the master, but didn't impact the stay. Great access to beach and pool. It was awesome to let my kids go to the pool and be able to watch them from the balcony.
