The house, yard, 4 kayaks, 2 bikes, and boat dock. A separate agreement needs signed to use the boat lift. Golf cart available for rent.

We have a 10,000 boat lift and dock. This lift is available for use by request. Boat size must be confirmed. There is a liability waiver for use of the lift.
