Spectacular 3BR Puerto Vallarta Oceanside Condo

This 3 br, 3 ba 11th floor condo at Indah by Sayan has direct beach access and is just minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. Take a walk on the beach to the romantic zone by taking the staircase that goes around the big rock north of the property - about a 15 minute walk!

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Bay of Banderas and Pacific Ocean from the covered terrace and great room. The kitchen features an oversized center island - a nice upgrade! All bedrooms are spacious, bright, and have en suite bathrooms, with one doubling as a guest bath. Enjoy the convenience of in unit laundry with full size front loading washer and dryer.


You'll love the vast storage offered throughout the condo. The terrace has plenty of room for dining and lounging and features a marble BBQ area. Surround yourself with music using the recessed speakers in the living room and on the terrace. The living room and each of the bedrooms have large TVs, which are cleverly wood framed to hide all the mechanicals. Hardwood "farm-style" doors and 24 inch slip resistant porcelain tiles create warmth with their varied textures and colors.

Take in the amazing rooftop views while enjoying the infinity pool and daybed seating area. Delicious food and drink is available from the rooftop lounge, bar, and restaurant. You'll also want to check out the oceanside pool with deck seating and a Jacuzzi. Also on the oceanside level is another lounge, bar, and restaurant as well as a fully equipped gym with steam rooms. Massage is also offered at the resort.

Please note: The Building Administration charges a 500 pesos/night Resort Fee. The Resort Fee includes access to both pools (hrs 8AM-11PM) with towel service, a world class gym (open 24 hours), spa, steam room, towel service, and both restaurants and room service. This new fee is paid directly to the building staff and is not included in the cost of your reservation.

A private chef is available through our property manager (info at condo). The best sandy beaches in PV are an 8 minute walk away!

Staff was kind, quiet and great location but not far from the city, facilities were clean, rooms were clean, interior was well kept and clean. Pools were well maintained. Overall a great property for a family or group. I would highly recommend.

Stunning view, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The pools, bars and restaurant on site were an enjoyable addition. We really enjoyed the quiet location which was a short taxi ride to downtown. This condo is so beautiful. Even better than the pictures. The views are so stunning. Sunsets and whale watching from the balcony. Onsite pool & restaurant were very good & reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Unit and Building!

Breathtaking views of the ocean, very comfortable beds, amazing showers and an incredible rooftop!! Will absolutely stay at this place again, it’s brand new and stunning! Loved the unit’s audio system via WiFi so we could listen to music on the balcony :)

Perfect Location, Exquisite Condo, Fantastic Building Amenities

This is a premium Vrbo, and is a two-minute Uber ride to the romantic zone, and has incredible views looking to the south, west, and north. The only downside is that one can hear traffic from two bedrooms, albeit not significantly and thus would be a non-issue for most people. Overall, I would give this a 9 out of 10 and couldn't ask for a better experience. I'll be recommending it to friends and family.

Amazing Stay

All 6 of us were amazed by this property and we can’t wait to come back. The interior was beautifully decorated and the views were breathtaking. On Floor 3 the restaurant was yummy and the pool was refreshing. Unfortunately the pool and restaurant on the top floor was closed for repair but we took a peek and it feels like you are in heaven. The location is further up a hill then expected and the walk into town was a little long, especially with the heat and humidity. However ubers and taxis are easily accessible. We had such a wonderful time!

Very Nice Stay

The property has a beautiful view and is mostly updated. The beds are very comfortable and the balcony furniture is a wonderful touch. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and has great service. There were a few broken items and loud maintenance during the day, but nothing that prohibited us from enjoying. Initial communication could have been better - I was given the wrong building address and not explicitly told about needing to fill out a form prior to arrival. The property manager was very accommodating in helping us find the property and for the rest of the stay. The location is not walking distance to Zona Romántica, but is a quick and cheap Uber ride. We appreciated the seclusion. You won't regret staying at this property.

Great location and excellent building amenities

The condo is very close to the Zona Romantica. It's large with two master bedroom sized bedroom / bathrooms. Great oceans views. The restaurant and pools in the building came in handy, the food isn't amazing and wait times can be a while, but good and pretty inexpensive. The pool area on the roof is great. Only issue we had was some communication around the food/beverage deposit for the building, which was resolved. I also think the kitchen could use some pantry basics like salt and spices, so make sure anything you need to cook with, you have.

Better than in the photos. The top floor pool is a high end resort vibe with beautiful furniture and swim up pool bar. The view is spectacular from the infinity pool and from our balcony!Uber to town or walk on the beach with a rocky stair climb.Recommend all the food from the onsite 2 restaurants—especially the ceviche & the fish sandwich.

Beautiful Weekend

This was one of two condos we rented for a large groups of friends for my husband's 50th birthday. Everything was great! Check-in was easy. The staff at the Indah are friendly and helpful. We took full advantage of the restaurant and bar on the property - the food and cocktails were all very good, and at a great price! The view from the balcony cannot be beat. We spotted whales and dolphins playing almost every day. The condo was clean and spacious, and we had a beautiful time!

Great vistas in PV

Property was precisely as advertised and yet better. Large spaces for privacy and entertaining. Great unobstructed views of the ocean and remarkably quiet location despite being near major road. Given the location of the property, there will always be a hike up or down a hill and this is to be expected when going to the beach or town. The front staff at reception were courteous and always helpful. The gym was well appointed. The rooftop pool had the same commanding views of the ocean and was pleasant, animated at times and had great service. In essence, if you want to be slightly removed from downtown and have a more sophisticated experience but don't mind the walks, this property is a good choice.
