Family sized condo less than 2 miles to the beach. Serene Golf Course Location

Come and enjoy this three bedroom two bathroom condominium located on the esteemed Greg Norman Golf Course at Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach. Located just under two miles from the beach. The condo features four flat screen TV's and a screened patio overlooking the golf course, there is also a neighborhood pool area with plenty of relaxing pool furniture at the pool deck. Men/Women bathrooms and changing areas also located at the neighborhood pool. There are two charcoal grilling areas. (1) At the pool and (2) to the left of the building. Guests will also be able to utilize the Barefoot Resort 15,000 Sq. Foot pool at the North Tower as well as the shuttle to bring you to the beach. Greenbriar is a very quiet, relaxed neighborhood in Barefoot Resort, however extraordinarily close to Barefoot Landing, The Beach, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Duplin Winery and Crooked Hammock Brewery. All reservations are 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday Only.

The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and two matching chairs. There is also a flat screen TV and breakfast counter top that expands from the kitchen.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

This condominium sleeps 8 people between three bedrooms and the pullout sleeper sofa.

The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet, dual sinks, soaking tub and shower.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV, double wide closet. The bathroom is shared with the third bedroom and has a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV and shares the second bathroom is shared with the second bedroom and has a tub/shower combination.

The kitchen area is a fully equipped eat in kitchen with refrigerator, Microwave, Oven and dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer located just of the kitchen.

Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the front of the building.

Close to everything. Clean.

Location is great. Decorations were nice and place was clean. Private pool was a plus and larger resort pool is a 2 minute drive. Would stay here again!

The property was exactly as described. Clean, well stocked and in great condition. The property had everything we could ask for and more. We have had the privilege of staying at many VRBO properties and Brian was by far and away the most accommodating and helped us so much. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We would rent again today if possible.

Summer Vacation

Great stay!! Property is as it is posted on website. Brian was wonderful to work with and easy to get in touch with. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. Loved sitting on the screened in porch facing the golf course, it was so peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property!

The area was beautiful and so was the actual property...everything was so clean and smelled so good! very nice community and so close to everything. We had a few questions for Brian the property owner, and within seconds we had a response! Super nice guy! Very close to the beach and the pools were great too! Overall, very impressed..

Wonderful stay

The experience was great. Easy instructions for entry and departure. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The property was lovely. I really enjoyed the screened in porch. We sat there most nights and it was very relaxing. The Greenbrier pool was a nice size and very well maintained. I liked the security of the pool area which made it less crowded. Communication with Brian was great. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Beautiful Condo - Overall Great Golf Getaway!

Our family traveled to Myrtle Beach for a graduation golf vacation. The condo was lovely (nicely decorated and clean), which was a very comfortable home-base for our group of five adults. The entire Barefoot Resort area/neighborhood was beautiful. I really loved the screened in patio and we liked the location of the property on the golf course. The North Myrtle Beach area has so much to offer - beaches, shopping, golf, etc. and we tried to take it all in. As this was a golf trip, we golfed on the property (Greg Norman course) and on many courses in the area (highly recommend Caledonia Golf & Fish Club - well worth the trip to Pawleys Island! Brian was a great host and was very responsive with any questions. He provided clear instructions, which made it easy to get settled and enjoy the stay. Overall, we had a wonderful week and would happily stay again!

Barefoot resort

The condo was as described- clean and spacious. Easy check in process. Quiet area and close to everything- shopping, beach and activities. We enjoyed the pool!!

Great location! A couple upgrades would make it perfect!

This condo is right behind Barefoot Landing so there are plenty of restaurants and things to do within minutes of the property. Pools are great and there is a shuttle to the beach every hour. There was plenty of space in the condo for our group of 7. My only complaint was the lack of cooking items (pots, pans, utensils, etc). Oh, and the appliances could use an upgrade. Otherwise, would definitely recommend and return next year!

Golfers getaway

From the arrival date to the departure date, couldn’t have asked for a more streamlined process. Any questions were answered by the host in a timely manner. Quality of the rental was spectacular in both location and cleanliness. This is top of my list for future vacation spots.
