Great stay at the beach! Location is wonderful - close walk to the beach, short drive away from shopping at Bay Village, Fantasy Island, and the rest of LBI. Loved the closed in front porch for relaxing evenings with our small dog as well as the outdoor shower (there's one for each unit!). Nicely decorated and clean, will definitely be staying here again!

Great experience overall. My family and I rent a home in Beach Haven every August and wanted to have a good Memorial Day weekend getaway. Home was as advertised, amazing Beach Havej location walkable to many restaurants and shops and a five minute drive to Fantasy Island area. Clean home and owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would stay again.

Early summer vacation

We had a very relaxing week. the house is beautifully updated and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The memorial day weekend was busy but after that the rest of the week was quiet. We loved that we were able to bring out dog and it was nice that there was a gate on the porch so she could go out there with out having to have her on a leash. We really enjoyed the place and it was a wonderful vacation

Perfect House

7 East Virginia was spotless and exactly as pictured. Comfortable, nice sized and being able to bring our dogs made it a true vacation. Debbie communicated with us effectively and we would definitely rent from her again. The location is a block and a half from the beach and close to the bay side as well. A quick drive or short walk to the Blue Water Cafe which is a nice spot. Hopefully, next time the weather will cooperate!

Relaxing weekend

The house is in the perfect spot on the island— away from the crowds yet near enough to everything. Couches are comfortable, kitchen has all the essentials. We had a great time. Would definitely return.

Great location, but worn down property

The location is excellent, the communication was great, but the apartment itself was very worn out. Due to a mix-up with their cleaner, it hadn't been properly cleaned when we arrived. Beyond that though, the property is quite worn out. The latch on the front gate is so rusted that it's hard to open, the barbecue grill was filthy and we couldn't use it, the shower curtains are stained, and the beds were so hard we could barely sleep on them. It felt like sleeping on a hard table. I think this property could be great, if the owner would stay there a night or two and see what needs to be replaced and repaired. It's true that when you book a rental, you don't expect all the comforts of home, but we have stayed at many many rentals all around the world, and nothing is worse than one with hard, uncomfortable, cheap beds. They should be replaced as soon as possible, because they really spoiled the trip, Even more than having to clean the toilets and floors the first day.

House smelled of cat urine!

Property was well maintained but smelled of cat urine! I had to buy air fresheners for each room and they seemed to work for every room except the master bedroom and the master bath. I notified the owner and she said they didn't allow cats but that "you never know". Well one thing I do know is that I will never stay there again. My wife and I had to sleep out on the couch and all 5 of us had to share the one bathroom. Had it not been for our pets I would have bailed out the first night.

Great Family Weekend Getaway

Our family took a weekend to getaway and the property was perfect for us! Easy walking distance to the beach, close to dining and shopping. Painters were there to paint the exterior but they were very courteous and did not bother us at all. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Wonderful LBI vacation

This property was located in a perfect spot that is a very short walk to the ocean. The accommodations were modern and clean, with new appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Shore Thing!!

This beach house is well-located, (very) well-equipped and furnished and, well, just perfect for our pre-summer family getaway. Debby thought of everything needed for meal prep and dining. Whatever I needed was there (and plenty of it). She is a great host; she responded to a house-related question almost immediately. Will definitely be renting from Debby again.
