Delightful, quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Family time, gatherings or quiet get away. Close to Indoor water park, shopping malls, dining and fast food 5 minutes away.
Large, fenced back yard with plenty of seating. Master bedroom has large windows showcasing the lake so you can wake up and have coffee in bed while watching the water. Outside fire pit in the yard for roasting marshmallows and watching the sunset. Nicely furnished for utmost comfort and relaxation. Great crappie and catfish fishing off the dock that parks 2 jet skis and 1 boat.
Whether you need a family vacation or just a quick weekend getaway, find everything you need at our beautiful 3 BR/2B home on Lake Palestine. Kitchen COMPLETE for meals and entertaining, coffee maker and Keurig, The home is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home, including washer and dryer. Enjoy a day of family fun or a romantic sunset walk down our boardwalk. Whatever you need, let us help you find your home-away-from-home.



All areas of the home except closets. Dont worry, there is plenty of room.

The owner is only minutes away to help with questions or concerns.

Location is near Bullard and Tyler for shopping and dining. Grocery store 5 minutes away. Bait shops and convenience store within 5 minutes but neighborhood is a quiet rural relaxed area.
-Pets are allowed with an additional $100 non-refundable deposit.
-Pets are not allowed on beds.
-All trash must be bagged.
-Strip used beds for checkout.
-Upstairs boathouse and stairs are off-limits.
-White towels for indoor use only.
-Do not remove rocks from firepit.
-Do not put charcoal in gas grill!
-Propane tank available upon request (not filled)
-Please set AC at 75°F after check out

The house was absolutely beautiful inside and well decorated. The yard was great and our dogs loved running around. The back porch was my preferred location all weekend, with the exception of floating in the water next to the boathouse. The host was quick to answer questions and made the stay very enjoyable. We plan to come back next summer!!

Love this lake house

It was our second time staying here. It's very comfortable and just close enough to the grocery and convenience stores for quick runs when needed.

Beautiful Place on Lake Palestine

It was great to find this last minute gem on a beautiful lake with water in it during this horrible drought. We were extremely happy with everything and definitely recommend this place!

Lovely weekend at the lake house

I booked this lovely property for a surprise party for my daughter's 30 birthday. The lake house and yard provided a perfect backdrop for the party. Check in was seamless, and communication with the property manager was excellent.

Beautiful Getaway!

This property is perfect for a getaway with the spouse, family, or a few friends! Large backyard and our dogs had a blast. Lots of things to do around the house (all within 30 minutes). My only “complaint” is that the master bath tub hot water does not work or it kinda works, but never gets above a slightly Luke warm temperature. Other than that it was a great place to get away! Veronica was always quick to answer and nice! The river is stunning and very friendly neighbors that were helpful/kind as well.

Family Get-A-Way

It’s easy to enjoy the lake and family here! We brought our own kayaks and explored the inlet. We cooled off with a swim off the dock and enjoyed the easy water entry and shaded bank with tables and chairs. The yard has great shade trees, plants, grass and flowers. The back porch was breezy, with lots of space to sit m, porch swing and visit. Great neighbors and neighborhood for walking. Quit and private. Great for our family dog, too.

Moms’ Getaway

We are a group of 5 friends who enjoy traveling together. We wanted to take a final weekend before school started as 4 of us are teachers. The house was spotless, comfortable, and beautiful. We were able to relax, swim, and enjoy each other’s company without any issues whatsoever. We would definitely come back!

Quiet get away on the Lake

Location was good and neighborhood very quiet. Host Veronica is awesome! Easy access and short travel time to places of interest. Very spacious home .

What a beautiful house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is just 'wow', with a huge bedroom, king size bed which is so nice to have at a VRBO, and high end appliances (wait until you see this fridge!). The yard is as advertised and a great place to play with your dogs. The dock is also nice with 3 areas to fish from and if you have a boat a place to dock it. It is fairly shallow, we caught a bunch of small cats and a few baby bass. Fishing would be better in the fall or spring but I would recommend a boat or a guide for good fishing. Veronica is very responsive and a wonderful host. I walked my dog every morning and met several of the neighbors. Thank you!

I have lived here for more than 25 Years, I loved for my children's friends to come over and cook for them. The kitchen was designed with this in mind. Having my girlfriends over to float on the lake with beverages or sit around the fire and roast marshmallows are great memories. I want to share that opportunity with your family.

Swim straight from the back yard! The house is in a part of the lake that is in a cove that is a no wake zone so it is low traffic and slow boats when there is one.
Bring yours! Perfect for Kayaking, floating, swimming and fishing- even right off the dock!
