Sit on the private balcony on the third floor, and hear the ocean, or walk 200 feet to enjoy it all day long! Condo sleeps 6 max, offering a king, a queen, and twin bunks! The condo has a washer and dryer in the unit, and the kitchen is fully stocked! The Resort is conveniently located near amazing restaurants, bars, grocery stores, beach shopping, fishing and more.

We really enjoyed our stay in this place. It was very close to the beach and the two pools were just a few steps away from the building. The apartment had everything we needed for our vacation. The kitchen has all the appliances and other things if we wanted to cook. It was easy to check in and check out. There are many parking spots right next to the entrance of the building. We would definitely love to come back.

Great location and space.

Pictures and accommodations were accurate and fit our needs. The location is great with quick access to the beach, pool and local attractions. The beds were comfortable and it was really nice to have the towels for the beach provided. Highly recommend.

The new sailor

The stay was great. The condo was clean and in a good neighborhood. The only downfall was two flights of stairs with a baby. The location was convenient and the private beach access was nice.

Beach Birthday Get Away

Enjoyed our stay. Place was very nice and the whole complex was nice. Only complaint is wish they had ceiling fans throughout the condo to help circulate the AC better.

Spring Break to Remember!

I've been coming to these condos with my parents since the 90s and wanted to re-create the experience with my own kids. This surpassed all my hopes. The condo is beautifully updated, including a new stove where we cooked leisurely breakfasts every morning. The kids loved the board games, pool, hot tub

Nice Family Vacation

We had a nice stay, the room was full of kitchen supplies and condiments and restrooms were stocked with paper for the first few days which is helpful if you don’t want to run to the store on your first day. Accessing the beach was easy. Didn’t agree with some of the property mgmt pool rules but understand reasons. Owners were very responsive and accessible for anything that came up. Would recommend upgrading stove as big burner didn’t work properly. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, loved it! Thanks for having us!

It was a nice little place. The room with bunk beds and a queen was very small to move around in but it served its prupose. Easy walk to the beach.

Cute condo in a great location

This cute condo fit our family of 5 well with bunk beds & a double bed in the secondary bedroom. We loved the short walk through the complex to the beach. We also enjoyed the 2 pools and tennis courts in the complex.

Peace and quiet.

Great owners to work with. Always got back to us within the hour to answer any questions while booking. Made things so easy that there was no need to contact them while staying. Close to great restaurants and the bus taking you down to tour the historic city. Comfortable, clean, and lovingly kept. Thanks Maria and Trey.

Great Location!

This condo has a great location with beach access at the end of the parking lot. Also, the old town of St. Augustine is a short drive away. The condo itself could use a deep cleaning, although it was clean enough overall. It is also a bit small with very little space to unpack in the bedrooms. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

We’ll be back!

Thus property was everything it was advertised to be and more. Location- The location was perfect-just a short walk to the beach and the pool without crossing any real roads (just parking lot) and there’s a hot tub in the building. Clean-from the moment you walked in you could tell it was recently renovated and well cared for. It was very clean! Extras-it was so nice to have PLENTY of linens, pillows, beach towels, bath towels. Plenty of beach toys which my toddler enjoyed and a couple beach chairs. Comfort-the beds were extremely soft and comfortable. I loved the low bunk bed as it was perfect for my toddler who normally sleeps in a crib. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. I also liked being able to leave pantry items (and use some that were left over) and not have to waste them! Communication with the host was quick and effective. Overall I recommended this place 10/10! It was great for my spouse, toddler, my parents and myself.
