The loft was created to help you get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We have a book nook loft to kick back and read a book. If you and a partner want to come hangout; we have two electric scooters that are rentable and you can visit he downtown stores in fashion and simplicity.

Those are alot of fun and can be just a good time in general.

We also have a nice fire pit for you!

The Loft was a perfect place for my son and I who were in town for his hockey tournament. The photos on the listing were spot on, it was clean, cozy, and the fire put was a hit!

Our visit was to attend a family reunion, time spent in the loft was mostly for dressing and sleeping and the loft sufficed. The bed could have been larger it seemed like a full size and it was low to the floor, all the other accommodations were acceptable. You may want to check your outer front siding it appears as if bees are starting to set up a hive thereThanks Mitchell

Long Weekend Get-away

The inside of the house was clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the towels were soft and plush. However, the blinds were broken throughout the house, the two coffee mugs were chipped and one was cracked and leaked, and the outside space was very disappointing. While it was advertised there would be wood and fire starters, there was none. The space was messy, weed-infested and junky, with old, rusted furnishings. The fire pit was a selling point for us, yet we were not able to use it. Overall, the house is a great value for two people and was centrally located. I guess we just expected more attention to detail.

Great Location - Cozy and Clean

The Loft in Grandville was perfect for my wife and I for a short visit to the Grand Rapids area. It is close to the expressway, grocery stores, and the downtown Grandville district. You could walk to the downtown area in about five minutes! Holland, Grand Haven, and East GR are within a 40 minute drive. The amenities at the Loft are basic but clean. We used the kitchen for breakfast but that's all, the bathroom was clean but is a tight fit, even for one person. The bed was comfortable and two AC units kept the place at a comfortable temperature. We did not use the loft but it would be suitable for a guest, providing they could use the ladder to get up and down. Overall we had a great stay.

Cute Loft short distance to several tourist towns

The loft was super cute and clean. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Also conveniently located for a short drive to Holland, Grand Haven, & Saugatuck which are cute tourist towns to visit for a day! Our host was quick to message back when I had a question.

The loft

We had a great time staying at the loft, it was perfect for the 2 of us and had everything we needed during our vacation. Mitchell was very welcoming and when we got a ton of snow, he came out and shoveled off the steps and driveway for us and was very kind. If I’m looking for a place in the area again this will be at the top of my list.

Train at night

So the overall stay was good, but no one told us about the train at 3 AM and at 6 AM pretty consistent every night. It was clean safe and comfortable.

Wonderful stay!

This property has it all! Easy accessibility to the highway/city and the perfect space for a long weekend getaway. The fire pit outside was an added bonus to the property. Thanks for having us!

Weekend Getaway

We loved the Loft. It was clean and very updated. We were in town for a Sporting Event nearby and this a far better option than a hotel The outdoor space was a bonus. We will be back.

Me and my wife’s stay here was excellent. It was in a great location and was so nice inside and out the property owner was extremely nice and communicative. And only being 15min from the city maybe it super easy to find something to do whit out having to go far and it was also just far enough away for the city that it was calm and relaxing when it came time to unwind and chill

Nice little place

The space was well suited to mine and my two children's short spring break! We just wanted to get away, and stay close to an area near the mall and lots of restaurants and Rebounderz, which is a fun trampoline/arcade/laser tag place with all kinds of things to do! The kids loved the loft, and i loved the simple, easy floor plan! There are some areas that lacked finesse, comforters and some of the bedding needed a deeper clean, some of the furniture was a bit more worn (likely by some slightly careless visitors), and they could stock some additional supplies (like plates, silverware and toiletries), but overall, the place was a good fit for us!!
