Welcome to our trendy and modern 2-bedroom condo in Wyoming, Michigan, a stone's throw away from downtown Grand Rapids. Experience the perfect fusion of contemporary style and playful vibes. With a king bed, 2 sets of twin bunks, and a dining area, it's perfect for a fun-filled stay. Enjoy entertainment with TVs in every room and the convenience of a 2-car garage. Your chic and vibrant escape awaits! We have multiple units and the furniture and decor may vary.

•2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms – Sleeps 6
Bedroom 1: King Bed, Smart TV
Bedroom 2: Two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, smart TV and desk, ensuite bathroom
Queen sleeper sofa in living room
• 2 full bathrooms (Please note the 2nd bathroom with stand up shower is ensuite to the bunk bedroom). The main bathroom (with tub/shower combo is directly across from the king bedroom (not ensuite)
• Parking for 2 vehicles (1 in driveway and 1 in garage- no street parking allowed)
• Fully stocked kitchen
• Dining area seats 6 comfortably
• Living room with Smart TV
• Private entrance
• In-unit laundry

Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment and 2 stall attached garage & driveway. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include in unit laundry, private patio & grill, community tennis courts and nearby walking trails. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras.

• Parking on the street is strictly prohibited at all times for any reason. All guests must use the designated parking areas provided on the property. Vehicles parked on the street are subject to immediate towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. No exceptions will be made. There is parking for 2 vehicles only at this unit. 1 car in the driveway and another in the garage.
***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.
