Summary:

Welcome to our trendy and modern 2-bedroom condo in Wyoming, Michigan, a stone's throw away from downtown Grand Rapids. Experience the perfect fusion of contemporary style and playful vibes. With a king bed, 2 sets of twin bunks, and a dining area, it's perfect for a fun-filled stay. Enjoy entertainment with TVs in every room and the convenience of a 2-car garage. Your chic and vibrant escape awaits! We have multiple units and the furniture and decor may vary.



The Space:

•2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms – Sleeps 6

Bedroom 1: King Bed, Smart TV

Bedroom 2: Two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, smart TV and desk, ensuite bathroom

Queen sleeper sofa in living room

• 2 full bathrooms (Please note the 2nd bathroom with stand up shower is ensuite to the bunk bedroom). The main bathroom (with tub/shower combo is directly across from the king bedroom (not ensuite)

• Parking for 2 vehicles (1 in driveway and 1 in garage- no street parking allowed)

• Fully stocked kitchen

• Dining area seats 6 comfortably

• Living room with Smart TV

• Private entrance

• In-unit laundry

• Pet-friendly (fees apply)



Guest Access:

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* Signing of rental agreement

* ID and selfie uploads



Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment and 2 stall attached garage & driveway. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include in unit laundry, private patio & grill, community tennis courts and nearby walking trails. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras.

Wyoming, Michigan, is a welcoming and family-friendly suburb located southwest of Grand Rapids. The neighborhood offers a mix of residential areas, schools, parks, and local businesses, providing a comfortable suburban lifestyle with easy access to urban amenities in the nearby city. Residents can explore the attractions of Grand Rapids, including the vast recreational space of Millennium Park, perfect for outdoor activities and picnics. Additionally, the Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park showcases breathtaking gardens and impressive sculptures, while the Rivertown Crossings shopping center within Wyoming caters to a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment needs.



Getting Around:

In Wyoming/Grandville, getting around is easy with various transportation options:

Car: The primary mode of transportation, with proximity to major highways like M-6, I-96, and US 131.

Biking/Walking: Enjoy the Kent Trail and Millennium Trail for biking and walking.

Taxis and Ride-Sharing: Conveniently use Lyft and Uber for transportation in Wyoming/Grandville and nearby areas.



Other Things to Note:

• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:

-Signing the rental agreement

-ID and selfie uploads

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

• Discounts applied automatically:

-15% off for stays 7+ nights

-30% off for stays 30+ nights

• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).

• Pets:

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

-No breed restrictions

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Additional fees apply if there is excessive pet hair and pet waste around the property.

• Parking on the street is strictly prohibited at all times for any reason. All guests must use the designated parking areas provided on the property. Vehicles parked on the street are subject to immediate towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. No exceptions will be made. There is parking for 2 vehicles only at this unit. 1 car in the driveway and another in the garage.

***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.

While we respect our guests' privacy, we are always available to assist when needed. Mitten provides a dedicated guest communications team that operates 24/7, ready to handle mid-stay turnovers upon request and promptly address any unexpected maintenance issues.
