About this space
Comfortable Grandville Home away from home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. No shared spaces. 55” flat screen tv, outdoor space and driveway parking. This desirable location is close to downtown Grand Rapids or Holland via easy 15-minute drives on I-196. Grandville offers, parks, trails, restaurants & shopping within walking distance. The closest beach is about 10 minutes away and Lake Michigan is a quick 20 minute drive.

Easy to get from rental to Devos Place, didn't take long and very few turns. Just minutes from Meijer so was great to get food for the weekend there instead of having to load up a cooler for the trip. House was clean and neighborhood was quiet but close to a major road. Was def worth the money, loved the basement sitting area.

Very great stay and awesome location! It was an easy check-in and had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. The location shopping and restaurants was outstanding. Definitely would use this one again!

Convenient location to GVSU. Many restaurants a minute away. The bedding, especially the pillow need updating. I'd recommend bringing your own pillows, everything else was good. There is only one TV and it is in the basement area of the house, which is down many, steep stairs, so my elderly parents didn't go downstairs. We didn't have much time for TV but it is something to consider in the future. The house fit our families graduation weekend needs well.

Greatocstuon. We used the property for work. Mike was very accommodating for our work trip. Allowed us to check in early. House was very clean and well maintained. We stay ther again.

Lots of space at this very convenient location. The host, Michael, was very responsive with all communication. Well appointed kitchen, and 4 bedrooms to choose from. We stayed with another couple, and they, too, were very pleased. My only complaint: I find stairs difficult to negotiate, so a TV on the main floor would be great, rather than on the lower level.

Grand Rapids Stay

Our Vrbo stay was fantastic! The house was spacious, well-stocked, and perfect for our family. Its prime location made exploring easy. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend this gem for a relaxing, fun getaway! We’ll definitely be back!

Great experience

We were in town visiting family, this location was great with the 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. House was clean, location was great and Mike was wonderful with communication. We would definitely book again when we are in town in the future.

My overall experience at this location went through stages. The house itself was very striking and nice. I didn't care for the fact that it only had ONE T.V. in the Lower basement and not in the upper living room or any of the bedrooms. I stayed on the couch do to this reason for my entire stay. The 1st night of my stay began relaxing BUT turned very SCARY. Later in the evening I had a HONE INVASION from past guest that entered the house via the passcode. NEEDLESS to say I was very surprised and caught of guard by this action. THANK GOD the person took my direction and excited the home without any disturbance. IT WAS AND COULD HAVE BEEN A LIFE ALTERING EXPERIENCE. AFTER he left I went next door to the owner(which I did not know would be staying on the other half of the home upon renting) and reported the UNLAWFUL entry and requested that the entry code be changed. THE OWNER DID A GREAT JOB WITH HONORING MY WISHES ANDWAS VERY APLOGITIC ABOUT THE SITUATION. My remaining stay was still a little jumpy for me as every noise i heard made me remember that situation. MAKE SUR THAT THE PASS CODE HAS BEEN CHANGED UPON YOUR RENTAL I think overall that the home could use a furniture upgrade as well AV additions. The family owner's were moderately present via outside w/ children playing BUT were VERY NICE. I will choose to use VIRBO again but I don't think this home will be on my return listing. Too many CREEPY sounds from house settling and street traffic throughout the day and night.

Everything we wanted or needed was there. Mike answered questions immediately, brought extra chairs for card players, restocked what might be missing. Third stay at this property and will definitely return. Location is perfect for all places we went. Easy Hiway access all directions. Thanks again, Mike!
