CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

SunDestin Beach Resort lies right in the middle of all the action in Destin. On-site, there’s many amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub, so you have plenty of options if you want to spend a day off the sand. There’s also an outdoor tiki bar open seasonally, and The Sea Store in the lobby is conveniently located to pick up souvenirs without ever leaving the resort. A fitness center, sauna, and steam room are great for getting a workout session in. Grab DVD rentals in the lobby- they’re included in your stay. If you need anything, the Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24 hour desk.

SunDestin 302 is a renovated one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo. Upon entry, you’ll find the spacious bedroom with a king sized bed and a wall mounted flat screen TV. At the end of the hall, you’ll find the kitchen that’s fully equipped and a living area that overlooks the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico below. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen means cooking is a breeze. There’s seating for four at the dining table and the sofa in the living area is also a queen sized bed and is a great spot to wind down after a day exploring the Destin area. Through the sliding glass door is the balcony with seating for four to enjoy morning coffee while enjoying the panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. This one-bedroom condo sleeps four guests total and is a perfect beach getaway.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
