CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

The whole family will enjoy the newly-renovated outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated seasonally), and complimentary DVD rentals. Get a workout in at the fitness facility and soothe aching muscles at the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Grab beach supplies at the gift shop, and take a stroll along the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico. Indulge in seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee) and outdoor tiki bar. Should you need room for large gatherings, you’ll find it here as SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 0810 is a beautiful one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Calming hues, inviting spaces, and beachy decor all combine to make this a welcoming retreat. You’ll feel right at home amid cozy furnishings in the living room with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is loaded with everything needed to prepare quick snacks or meals for those nights you’d prefer to stay in. Gather around the dining table with seating for four and recap the day’s events. When you’re ready to call it a day, relax in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom or on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Awake refreshed and do it all over again!

With so much to see and do, it may be challenging to decide where to start. We suggest Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park, just minutes away. With over forty water attractions, mini-golf, and kiddie rides, the whole family will have a great time!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
