Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Check out the indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and steam room and select from complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy in your unit. Take a dip in the indoor pool (heated seasonally), and squeeze in a workout at the fitness facility. Swing by the lobby gift shop for T shirts, sunglasses, and cold beverages and, remember, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it perfect for weddings, meetings, and reunions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 0814 is a cozy one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Feel stresses fade away amid a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation in this open concept living/dining space. Prep meals and snacks for the beach in the fully appointed kitchen and take in expansive gulf views from the private balcony accessible from either the living room or master suite. Cozy up in the living room or at the dining table with seating for four. Settle in on ultra comfortable furnishings including a sleeper sofa in the living room with a flat-screen TV or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

There’s something for everyone in Destin! Rent a pontoon boat, waverunners, or a kayak and explore the crystal, clear waters of the emerald coast. Try SNUBA, a shallow water diving system that merges snorkeling and scuba diving, permitting dives up to 20 feet while immersed underwater for up to half an hour!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
