**The Sundestin Beach Resort is undergoing a building renovation. There will be noise and dust during construction hours (typically from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily M-F with makeup days on weekends). The outdoor hot tub, fitness center and Sea Store are open. The splash pad, outdoor pool (not heated), indoor pool and Phat Fish Restaurant are closed. Front building parking is somewhat limited - guests may be directed to the overflow lot across the street during high demand dates. We apologize for any inconvenience. **

⭐️”Great place with an AMAZING view! Just steps away from the beach and the hotel has it’s own private access to the beach. There’s even a nice gift shop located inside the resort where you can buy cute souvenirs or snacks/drinks, etc. My kids loved the bunk beds in this room. Would definitely recommend this place for a small family who wants to have a relaxing beach vacation. I’ll definitely be staying here if I come to Destin again."

THE FINE PRINT
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes.
• Photos include staging before professional photography.
• Beach service is provided by LaDolceVita for a separate fee. If you want to bring your own chairs, you will need to set up behind the vendor chairs.


*Departure instructions – We do not have long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
