Room was very nice with great view room was clean the only issue was we lost power in our check out day so it was very nerve wrecking trying to pack in the darkness and then drag heavy suitcases down the staircase

Wonderful stay!

Perfect getaway

The condo was perfect for us! It had everything we needed plus some! Location is close to everything and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! Check in was smooth and quick and the property owner/manager was quick to respond with questions and very helpful!!

Unit as described and pictured. Facility currently under construction, however, the unit was exactly as described and expected. Bed was really firm. There is no floats or coolers for use in the unit so we bought our own. Per owner request these items were not to be left behind in the unit so we donated them to someone we came across in the lobby. The view was amazing and picture perfect. Beach access as soon as you walk out of the facility, just past the pools. We rented beach chairs and umbrella before arriving from the company provided in the booking information after we booked. The chairs and umbrella were placed daily, early. Would absolutely use this service again. Would definitely stay in the same condo again.

Sundestin was all it was advertised!

5th floor at the Sundestin afforded great views of the Gulf. The condo felt like a home and not hotel. Very clean and a perfect location to pretty much do anything from Panama City Beach to Okaloosa Island and everything in between!

Amazing time!

The location of the property was absolutely gorgeous! We loved the view of the beach from the balcony, the pool and splash pad were a huge hit for our son! Everything was clean and nice. It was right on the strip so lots of shops and places to eat which was awesome! I’d definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Destin! And definitely plan on coming back next year (:

30th Wedding Anniversary Trip

We had a great experience at our condo!! The condo was very clean and well decorated with all the amenities needed for a great stay. Destin condo

It was a great experience and it was very clean. I think the only thing me and my husband didn’t care for is how close the bathrooms are to each other and the master bed wasn’t the most comfortable bed. It was close to all the shops, restaurants,and activities.

Excellent property

This was our first time in Destin and had a great time. The condo was very clean, bright and airy. The view from the balcony couldn't be beat. We very much appreciated the restaurant suggestions curated by the condo owner. The property amenities were great - we used the pool and hot tub every day. Nothing but good things to say about this property!

Our stay

The place was clean and very nice. Loved the balcony facing the beach. I didn't realize it didn't have a washer/dryer but there are some by the elevators.

Beautiful

This unit is beautifully decorated and has an amazing view. The location and building is great. Our only problems were there isn’t a dresser (no room for one) and the bed was comfortable but sunk in the middle like a hammock.

Hi Pam - thanks for staying in our beach condo! We custom designed built-in closets with hanging space and shelves for our guests to store their clothes! I wish you had contacted me during your stay to address the bed issue - we discovered the frame was broken in the middle. Our mattress is less than a year old. Thanks!

Fun get-away

Great stay! Lovely condo. Very clean and beautiful decor. The only negative is that my husband and I felt the mattress had a dip towards the middle. But overall was amazing! Fantastic communication with the owners. And had exactly what we needed for our stay!! Thank you!!

We are so glad you had a great beach vacation at Sundestin 502! The master bedroom mattress was just replaced in the last few months, so I am surprised to hear there was any issue - it was replaced with a top of the line memory foam mattress!

Great location and great staff!

Liked the condo, but what was even better was how fast they handled anything we needed! We had a little issue with the bed our first night, but they had someone there to fix within an hour of calling! I'd give them 10 stars on customer service if I could. The location couldn't be more perfect and the amenities were great. Beach was gorgeous, and we also enjoyed the pool! It was perfect for us and our four yr. old. She LOVED being there and that's what really mattered most to us.
