Whipple Vacay: Centrally located, walking distance to Yavapai medical center.

Prescott has been one of our favorite cities in Arizona for years. We own a place in the woods but wanted to get a little bit closer to downtown. Our Whipple vacay is exactly what we wanted! About a mile from downtown shopping, restaurants and the courthouse square. Walking distance from coffee & pie (who doesn't LOVE pie?), the rodeo, grocery stores and restaurants. Trails for biking and hiking. Lakes for fishing, paddle boarding or kayaking. The home has space to be outside in the front at the firepit and plenty of parking. One of the perks is every Saturday there is a farmers market right across the street! We love to support local and we hope you will too. Welcome to our space-we can't wait to host you!

*A studio apartment is on site that has a separate entrance/access. It may be occupied at times by a permanent resident however there will be no need for interaction.

Nice little house

This was a great house to stay in for a family with two teenagers who wanted their own room. We were close to everything we wanted to do in Prescott. We loved that it was pet friendly so we didn’t have to board our dog for a weekend getaway. The kitchen was very nice so we were able to eat most of our meals here. We would book this place again!

Perfect size for our group

The kitchen was well stocked and the perfect size. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean. Enjoyed the Farmer’s Market across the street. We’ll be back. Prescott is a cute little town

A great home for families

We stayed in the Whipple house while we were visiting family who live nearby. It was a great house for my husband and I and our two kids, ages 5 and 3. The living room has lots of space for the kids to spread out and play with toys or watch TV. It was very comfortable, well-appointed and close to everything. We would love to stay again!

Visiting area for college check

Cool property, centrally located for the Prescott area. Enjoyed the clean, simple decor, nice layout and comfortable bedroom/beds. Just the ticket for our stay.

Great little house

The house is so cute inside, nicely updated. Location was great for us, we were in town for a baseball tournament and were able to walk to Prescott High School for games which was great! Overall the house has everything you need and more. Beds are comfortable and the grill outside is a nice option too. I would stay here again for sure!

Bike Race Weekend

Great spot with lots of room for a family. Kitchen was modern and clean. Loved the proximity to the Historic downtown, (quick drive or nice long walk to DT). Although early, we loved the Farmers market across the street! Easy walk to Fry's for supplies. We will be back again for the Whiskey OffRoad MTB race!

Very clean and modern

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and had nice furnishings. The kitchen was great and the owners thought of everything you might need. Owner was also very responsive and helpful. No hesitations recommending this as a good place to stay in Prescott. The farmer’s market on Saturday was a nice bonus.

Great spot for family vacation

We travel from Texas to visit family in Prescott every year and this home had everything we needed for a comfortable 7-night stay with our kids and toy chihuahuas. We were only there to sleep, spending our time at relative's, but liked the nice modern decor, spacious living room, and fully stocked kitchen, though we didn't use it. It was a bonus being right by Fry's with a Starbucks to restock on road snacks. Would recommend!

Great house, perfect for our family

We were in town for a mountain biking race and this house worked well for the four of us and our pups. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had and the house was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the newer appliances and the house amenities. We also enjoyed the farmer’s market across the street. We’ll be back!

Prescott Getaway

Rochelle was very accommodating and prompt and friendly with communication prior to and during our stay. After asking if there was a grill on site, she confirmed and let me know there would be a package with new grill tools arriving at the home for us. The location is very accessible and across the street from the Saturday Farmer's Market where Rochelle made some great suggestions. The home was clean with modern updates and had everything we needed and more for our stay. We took a chance on a new listing with no reviews and I'm glad we did. Thanks to Rochelle for providing the utmost hospitality!

Comfortable 3 night stay with dog

Everything we needed to cook and eat "at home". Older property, doors rattled when the heat came on. Close to shopping, hospital, places we needed to be near. Took the dog to the very nice dog park, but wish the house had a fenced area for the dog. Overall would rent again.

Perfect stay for a weekend in Prescott

The reason for our trip was a wedding, but we were positively surprised finding how many other things we were able to fit in during our stay. The farmers market across the street on Saturday morning was fun and an extra bonus and hiking around Lake Watson was beautiful. Our host also recommended great restaurants which we tried. Our host was quick to respond, the beds comfortable and the house was spacious and well equipped.

First visit to Prescott

A nice place to rest during a family visit. We would have been comfortable spending a lot more time there. It was larger in the bedrooms and living areas than the pictures appeared. A very good experience overall.
