CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

The gift shop, located in the lobby, is ultra-convenient for last minute beach items. Everyone seems to love the outdoor tiki bar and complimentary DVD rentals. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available for an additional fee and there’s plenty of meeting space for special events or business meetings. The concierge is happy to assist with any inquiries and our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.

You’ll immediately slow down upon entrance into SunDestin Unit 0301, a cozy two-bedroom, two bathroom condo accommodating up to eight people. The peaceful and serene decor throughout is calming, and the unit is packed with plenty of space for all to enjoy. Inside, you’ll find a master bedroom with a king bed and private balcony, a guest bedroom with twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV’s are in both bedrooms and the living room and two bathrooms are available for added convenience. Right in the middle of everything is the fully-appointed kitchen with an abundance of counter and cabinet space. Enjoy meals and snacks at the dining table or take it out to the balcony to enjoy serene views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Pack a lunch and head over to Henderson Beach State Park, just five minutes away. This pristine mile-long stretch of beach is a favorite for travellers who enjoy nature trails. If you’d prefer a day on the water, check out Destin Harbor to book a snorkeling or dolphin-watching excursion!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
