The Space:

Experience the ultimate beach vacation at SunDestin Beach Resort, located in the heart of Destin, FL, just steps from the incredible white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. The Scenic Stays team is available 24 hours a day to assist you via our front desk.



SunDestin Beach Resort is sure to become your new home away from home, with an array of on-site amenities. This family-friendly condo features a newly renovated outdoor pool and an outdoor hot tub. Reach your exercise goals in the fitness room, grab a souvenir or a coffee from the gift shop, or rent a complimentary DVD for a family movie night. The recently updated conference room is perfect for your next event or meeting. Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally) as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee).



Upon entering SunDestin unit 312, you will be welcomed with a spacious and open layout, along with upscale yet relaxing beach décor throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is located to the right of the entrance and is adorned with plenty of counter space and storage, along with a beautiful backsplash. The dining table seats up to six guests, perfect for enjoying your favorite home cooked meal as a family. The living room boasts comfortable seating and a large flat-screen television, ideal for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach.



This lovely two-bedroom vacation rental offers relaxing sleeping options for up to six people with a large king bed in the master bedroom, two twin-sized beds in the guest bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Incredible panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the master bedroom, living room and spacious balcony. Wake up to the relaxing sound of the waves while sipping on your morning coffee or experience the sun setting over the emerald green waters in the evening.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

The room was absolutely beautiful! However, upon arrival it was extremely warm, 80 degrees to be exact. We could feel air coming out of the vents but it wasn’t cold air. We called downstairs and they informed us that maintenance was gone for the day and we’d have to wait until the next morning for someone to come look at it. We had to purchase a fan and sleep with the doors open. It was very uncomfortable. When we came back from breakfast the following day however, it was fixed and starting to cool down. The property is going through construction but that didn’t bother us much. We were disappointed that the trash chute was so far away and that there is not laundry inside the unit. Also, the restaurant and bar were not open on Sunday and we really wish it had been. The food there was great! Our view was perfect!

The condo was perfect! Great balcony view on the balcony. We loved taking advantage of the fresh seafood markets (especially Sextons) and cooking dinner in the condo. The location was great. The check in and check out were easy. We will definitely stay in this complex again!!!

Disappointed in condo

The biggest and most alarming item was hair in the beds... in turning bsck the sheets hair was present in both bedrooms. Mastress covers should be inspected and chsnged on a regular basis. In reporting this on checkin we were told housekerping was not available and had to wait the next day... unacceptable... the ceiling fan in the twin bedroom was defective or unbalanced. The photos online and the actual condo was very disappointing. The condo is very dated, paint chipping, coach chairs and coach pillows were dirty and should be replaced or just cleaned, rust in many areas including door fixtures. The entrance way was horrible. The door appeared to have been forced in at some point and shabbily repaired. I have more items to share but I think the point is very clear... We did not have a good experience due to the above mentioned items.

Description of property

It says enjoy the sunrise and sunset from your balcony. Not sure how that would be possible from this location. Very deceiving. Yes, it was oceanfront but not able to see either from the balcony. We asked for an hour later check out and was told impossible even though the day before we were asked if we wanted to extend our stay an extra night. Not very accomodating, hoping to find a better place in the future.

Great location.

This property on the 3rd level made for easy access to the beach. We never once waited for elevators and simply went right down the stairwell directly across from the unit. Great views and seating on the deck. All the necessary kitchen supplies and an ample number of bathroom towels.

Great Location

The condo was perfect! We chose to skip the long dinner waits at restaurants and cook in the condo. The local fresh fish markets were fantastic. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook with. The condo was very clean. The view from the balcony was exactly what we wanted!! We will definitely be staying here again!!!
