CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

SunDestin Beach Resort is a premier resort offering so many amenities, it’s hard to try them all, but we encourage you to accept the challenge. After a long day of beach play along Destin’s sugar-white sand and emerald, green water, retreat to the property and enjoy our newly renovated outdoor pool, seasonally heated indoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub. Get lost in conversation with your companion at the outdoor tiki bar.  Browse through the gift shop for beach essentials or grab a DVD from the complimentary DVD box.  Keep your workout regime going with some cardio and strength training in the fitness facility, ending in the sauna. SunDestin Beach Resort keeps you in a beach state of mind, but if you decide to leave the property, local restaurants and shopping are just a couple of miles away.

Upon entering SunDestin Unit 1202, you’ll find the master bedroom off to the right. Continuing down the hallway are bunk beds with thoughtful lighting fixtures in each bunk for the little ones. A coastal theme greets you with tasteful accents of coral decor and calming hues of blue and green. Cook a meal for your family in the fully stocked kitchen, recap the day in the dining area with ample seating, or enjoy a movie on the flat-panel television with a DVD player.  Most importantly, enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony with Adirondack chair seating. SunDestin 1202 is designed with a coastal vibe in mind, with relaxing and comfortable decor in the master bedroom, beckoning you to take a long night’s sleep.

This Destin vacation rental is a 1-bedroom unit with a half bathroom ensuite and an attached full bathroom. The full bathroom can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the hallway. This unit can comfortably sleep up to six people with a king bed in the master bedroom, bunks in the hallway, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
