SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. Amenities remain open and fully available for guest use aside from the splash pad.

Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Seasonal amenities include beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), an outdoor tiki bar, and a splash pad while the outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room are available year-round! The gift shop is filled with supplies, snacks, and cold drinks for lazy days at the beach and the fitness facility will keep your cardio routine in check. Rejuvenate with an array of complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy in the condo. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it the perfect destination for your receptions, reunions, and professional functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should questions arise.

SunDestin Unit 1117 is a refreshingly light and airy one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Engage easily with others in this open-concept unit featuring all the comforts of home. Prepare quick snacks or three-course meals in the pristine, fully appointed kitchen. Dine either at the breakfast bar or the table with seating for four. Settle in on comfy furniture in the living room for a movie on the flat-screen TV then catch a Florida sunset on the private balcony, accessible from the living room or master suite. Wake refreshed each morning from peaceful sleep on the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room or on the king-sized bed in the master suite equipped with a flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom.

Should you need to venture off property, we’re centrally located right in the heart of Destin, so you won’t have to travel far to enjoy nearby restaurants, shopping, or water excursions!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
