CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Filled with beautiful furnishings and beachy decor, this restful retreat has something for everyone! Prepare full-blown meals, fancy hors devours, or simple snacks in the fully appointed, spacious kitchen. Lounge in the open-concept living/dining area with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for all. Savor breathtaking views from the private balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. Awake renewed after a restful night’s sleep on either the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
