Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

Sit seaside in a beach chair with an umbrella (fee) and enjoy seasonal amenities, including an outdoor splash pad and tiki bar. With over 3,000 sq. ft. of meeting room space, SunDestin Beach Resort is the perfect place to host your family reunions, weddings or business meetings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.
SunDestin Unit 1414 is a vibrant one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. With sorbet-colored walls and bright, tropical furnishings, this unit sets the stage for some fun in the sun. The fully-appointed kitchen is spacious, with plenty of cabinet and counter space, and all can enjoy freshly-prepped meals comfortably at the dining table for four. Watch a game on the flat-screen TV while lounging in the living room in this open-concept living/dining area. Enjoy breathtaking views from the balcony with plenty of seating for all. When the sun finally sets, recline on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.
Start the next morning at HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor, just five minutes away! Rent waverunners, a pontoon boat, or a kayak and behold the crystal clear waters of the emerald coast up close and personal!
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
