Dining alfresco with ocean views, anyone? Back inside, the living room offers comfort at all times with its inviting furniture strategically placed in front of a large TV with cable. There is a wet bar right between the kitchen and the living room, which will surely set the mood for an entertaining afternoon. Speaking of the kitchen, it's well-equipped with all the cooking essentials and will have your back for mealtime. If you'd like to enjoy a grilled meal, the complex offers access to shared gas grills. Also, if you decide to book this incredible beach abode, you can take advantage of a shared outdoor pool, firepit, fitness center, and hot tub.

Sanctuary by the Sea is a beachfront property on Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, with grounds that include three swimming pools, two hot tubs, gas grills, seasonal gas firepits, a fitness center, a virtual golf facility, and a theater room that guests can reserve. You'll be just a few steps from the sugar sand beach and a coastal dune lake, where you can fish, kayak, or canoe. Follow the local bike paths to reach Grayton Beach State Park (100 yards north), Grayton Beach (less than two miles east), Gulf Place Town Center (three miles west), and Seagrove Beach (four miles east).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
