This condominium unit is located in the well known Barefoot Beach Resort and is newly decorated with that warm tropical feel. This unit is poolside, just steps away from the pool with a view of the Intracostal waterway where you can see boats, dolphins and other marine life go by. Located in Indian Shores, the Barefoot Beach Resort is impeccably maintained and includes free parking, a common pool, barbecues and laundry rooms.
This unit is located in the same building on the ground floor, and has been freshly painted and re-tiled. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and disposal. The dining room area seats four and includes a dry bar. The living room consist of a refreshing tropical decor as well as a TV, DVD player and a Queen sized sleeper sofa. The adjacent Florida room has a queen sized sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a Queen sized bed as well as a nice sized closet and TV. In total this unit can sleep 6 people comfortably. The bathroom consists of an extra large shower with glass doors and double shower heads and floor to ceiling tile. The units also come with free high speed internet and long distance calling to Canada and the United States.
Across the street from the complex is a deeded access to the white sandy beaches of Indian Shores. When you've had enough of the beach you can enjoy the resorts heated pool and private fishing dock. Boat Slip available for rent.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 21 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
3 Night minimum, Except Bookings including a Holiday are 6 night minimum.
For guests staying longer than 2 weeks, there is a $20.00 fee for linen change, every 2 weeks.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No cooking food that creates an unpleasant living environment for other tenants.
