Recently renovated from top to bottom, this home features modern upgrades throughout—including new floors, roof, appliances, air conditioning, cabinets, and windows—ensuring a comfortable and stylish stay.

The property offers 80 feet of private driveway, fenced-in parking, and a covered carport to protect your cars, bikes, or toys from the elements. Boat and trailer parking are also available.

Prepare meals with ease in a kitchen stocked with quality cookware, utensils, and sharp knives—if there’s anything else you need, just let us know.

Centrally located in the Clermont/Minneola/South Lake County area, this home is within walking distance of local amenities, including the post office, library, and Minneola Inn Tiki (just 500’ away). Outdoor enthusiasts will love being 1/3 mile from the South Lake Bike Trail, 1 mile from Waterfront Park, and 1 mile from the local boat ramp.

Sunsets are spectacular

Very clean. well maintained, and decorated. Great lake life atmosphere with nautical elements to enhance the experience. The neighborhood is quiet but close to local restaurants and stores. Sunsets are beautiful as the sun sets directly behind lake Miniola.

Peaceful and very comfortable!

We rented this gorgeous cottage for a recent visit to Lake Minneola. Check in was flawless, and I could tell from the welcoming lights and swing hanging in the tree out front that this was going to be a wonderful experience! Sam was so nice and helpful, not that we needed any help, he had already thought of everything. ☺️ The cottage was spotless, well maintained, well appointed and in the perfect spot. We didn’t even want to leave the house! My favorite thing was sitting on the front porch and watching the awesome view of the lake. Lots of stores, shops and restaurants close by. Not to mention the Tiki bar, which is like a movie scene, is a 5 minute walk around the corner! I hesitate to even say how much fun we at at Sam’s place! I want to keep the secret to myself!

Nice cottage in quiet area with excellent parking space.

Near Lake Minneola with good view. Good area for adults to ride bicycles to bike trails. Very cordial owner/manager who quickly attended to any needs we had. My husband and I stayed for a week in mid-December and weather was great for outside activities.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is very nice. Located on a quiet street with wonderful views of the lake. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and had a nice stock of items to get our trip started. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Excellent place to stay. Totally remodeled. Beautiful views. Owner was great. We had a great time. Air Conditioner worked great, which is important in Florida. Plenty of good places to eat near by. Right across the street from the lake and the dock. We will be back.

Fantastic Lakefront property!

This little house offered more than expected! Very comfortable, plenty of room, a great yard and spot to play in the lake. The public beach and the nearby bike trail were a bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

I love being on the water. The lake is different every day...sometimes it's like glass and sometimes it's wavy, sometimes it's sunny and sometimes it's cloudy and the best sunsets around.

Sit on the porch or down by the lake with your toes in the water and enjoy the Florida sunsets and breeze. Quiet central location but only 500 feet to the best waterfront bar in town.
