Welcome to our newly remodeled in Clermont, Fl.

Lake Louisa State Park is just 5 minutes South on US 27, or visit the Disney, Universal, or SeaWorld parks just 25-35 mins away! We're next to Legends Golf & Country Club, and a few blocks from the upcoming Olympus Sports Complex.

There is plenty to see and do in and around Clermont.

In our community alone, you have:
-Private access to Lake Louisa
-An Olympic size heated pool
-Tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts and playground.

Our quaint villa features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, board game table area, a pull out sofa/chaise sectional, and a 50" screen Smart TV in the living room, and fully equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. Our villa has been updated and stands out from the rest, while still feeling homey.

The Master Bedroom includes a new queen sized bed (accommodates 2), attached bathroom, closet space with a 3 drawer chest, and Smart TV for you yo watch your favorite channels.

The lake themed 2nd bedroom includes a twin over full bunk (accommodates up to 3), and closet space with a 3 drawer chest as well.

Enjoy a pull out sectional/chaise sofa (accommodating up to 2) in the living room, and a game table right off the living room for family fun! An assortment of card and board games are provided.

PARKING: There is a designated spot for each unit. Please only park in space 99. If you or your guest park in another person spot, there is a possibility that your vehicle will be towed. You are responsible for any vehicles that are towed.

ACCESS: There is a combination lock on the door. In order to gain access to the cottage, punch in the last 4 digits of the telephone number associated with your account.

Guests have access to:
-Vacation Village's private access to Lake Louisa
-An Olympic size heated pool
-Tennis, pickleball, and basketball court and playgrounds.
*Pool key is hanging in the cupboard abovedishwasher the dishwasher.

POOL & LAUNDROMAT KEY:
The key to the pool and laundromat is on a key hook in the cabinet above the dishwasher. There is a $25 charge to replace the pool key if it goes missing. The same key access both areas.

WE PROVIDE:
A set of bath towels per registered guest. (Bath, Hand, Face, and Pool towels)
2 black makeup towels.
Starter items: shampoo and body soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper.

There's a Publix Supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy with a Village Medical walk-in clinic, and shops and restaurants within walking distance. A Walmart Supercenter, Aldi's, and BJ's are all within a 5 minute drive. Lake Minneola and Downtown Clermont with it's characteristic shops and Sunday Farmers Market are just 6 miles away.
