Cozy, Close to downtown Lake View home.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips or just for romantic getaways. The views of Lake Winona are sublime and the home is comfortable and spacious with plenty of seating areas inside and outside. Master bedroom has a King bed and a pull out sofa as well as a Smart TV. The second smart TV's is in the living area. The dinning table sitting 6.
This listing is for the main house which features two bedrooms ands two full bathrooms.
Attached to it there is a small studio as well but it is a separate listing and on the opposite side of the house.The washer and dryer are located in the garage.Please contact me before using so I can provide the entry code.
Outside there is a covered lanai with a BBQ, a dinning table and a sitting area . There is also a courtyard with a fire pit and a basketball hoop. You need to bring your own ball if you intend to play. The location is very convenient, close to downtown but peaceful and quiet. Enjoy the sunset reflection on the lake and occasional holiday fireworks.
Please note the washer and dryer is in the garage.

We had good communication with the host prior to arrival. This was important as we were travelling from the UK. Access to the property was straightforward. The property was very clean , well equipped and as described. Very quiet location, good view of the nearby lake and within walking distance of Clermont old town.The only downside was that if guests are staying in the adjoining annexe (separate rental) talking can be heard through the walls. Also if they are smoking on their veranda, the smell permeates into the guest bedroom.

Great location

Super clean and comfortable. Very well-stocked with everything we needed. Perfect location in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Walking distance to many restaurants in downtown Clermont. View of the lake was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay hear again.

The house was just as listed. We did find sheets for the sofabed but no extra blankets. The two living spaces gave us plenty of room.

Lakeside Retreat

We enjoyed the charming house just a few steps from Lake Winona. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood and has a lovely screen enclosure for enjoying the beautiful weather!

Lake House in Clermont

The house was clean and very cozy. The view was the reason we chose this property, and it did not disappoint. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would stay there again.

Perfect stay with a beautiful view

Friend group, age range 50-60 looking for a weekend trip to Clermont. House was located a few blocks from downtown and was immaculate. Communication was seamless and the house was equipped with everything you could need! So appreciative that we didn’t have a long list upon check out. Very comfortable home.

Regatta Time

The property is a great location to the downtown area and the sailing club we went too. House was well appointed as advertised, only down was there was no washer and dryer. Other than that we had a great stay.

Accessible to Bella Collina for pet family

Spacious and well decorated house. Minimal but sufficient supplies. Clean interior but property lawn with numerous ant hills. Lake view as described, but it's private property. Hilly streets in neighborhood. Easy access to main street, stores, food etc and the Bella Collina for a wedding event whose onsite property did not allow pets..

Did not have a washer/dryer as was advertised

One reason we chose this property was that it said it had a washer and dryer....so we packed only carry on bags planning to do laundry for our one week business trip. We had to make time to go elsewhere for something we thought we had already paid for.

Ideal house for peaceful vacations

This property has everything you need and want to enjoy your vacations. One of the greatest things that my family and I appreciated the most is the cleanliness of everything is this house. It was spotless. I’ve been in many other rentals before and none of them have been so clean like this one. It feels great to go to bed and smell the clean sheets :) . Thank you for that María !!. Also the beds and even the sofa bed are very comfortable. On the other side this property is well located, close to the lake, parks and downtown area. If you like water view and water sports this is ideal for you because close by there is a great park with kayaks, also restaurants and other activities that you may enjoy. It is also close to universal studios (just 30 minutes ). The communication with the owner was a blessing. María, Answer every question in a matter of seconds. She was very nice and attentive to all our needs and very kind to let us check in 30 minutes before the time. Overall, great place and highly recommended!!
