***NEW carpet installed in 2025 in both bedrooms. AND updates were made to both bathrooms in 2025.*** The Yacht Club is the ideal spot for your next beach getaway! This quaint two bedroom, two bath oceanfront unit with a private screened in porch is located at Island Beach & Racquet Club. This property boasts many great amenities including 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, and private beach access. A Dollar General, gas station, and restaurants are within walking distance of the condo in case you forget something or just want to grab dinner and enjoy the views after a day of fun in the sun! We know you will enjoy the extra space of the king size bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle, and is a huge hit with the kids. The Yacht Club has a sister unit a few doors down, The Last Resort (VRBO listing #2163918). This is ideal for families wanting to vacation together while enjoying their own space. We are available to answer any questions and to help make your vacation as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We have a local maintenance and housekeeping service available to assist if needed. We also visit the area frequently. So please, feel free to reach out if you need anything!

Great condo with a great view on the pool and the ocean. Condo was a perfect size for a family up to 4 and has everything you would need. Beach access and the pool was nice as well.

Great Atlantic Beach Condo

This condo was perfect for a week at the beach! The condo was recently renovated and comfortable, and had extras like beach chairs and toys available. Easy access to the beach and to the pool were a plus. The hosts were super responsive and communicative - I appreciated their kindness and availability when I had questions. I would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing, comfortable trip to the beach!

Clean and well stocked

Very nice 2nd story condo overlooking pool with ocean view (dunes restrict view of the beach/sand if that matters to you). Well stocked kitchen. Elevator a plus. Screening on balcony enhanced the stay.

Girls weekend

This property has a great location. Beach view and pool view. It’s a little dated but overall comfortable. We had a nice and relaxing girls weekend. It was very damp and moldy smelling inside. Would recommend more dehumidifiers

Perfect Beach Stay

Our family (2 adults and 3 boys) had a perfect week at the beach in this condo. The beach access is right at the building with a place to shower off, and there is a lovely pool. We visited in July and it was not crowded or loud. The condo has everything you need to cook your own meals, as well as a smart tv in every room. Beach chairs, sand toys and pool noodles are provided. There is also a movie theatre down the road for rainy days. Thank you for a memorable and relaxing week!

Family vacation

The condo was beautiful with a spectacular view. The condo was very clean, however, the bathroom shower door could stand to be updated and there were footprints on the wall. parking was extremely rough especially with a 9 month old child. Parking in overflow was very inconvenient.

Trip to the beach

Me and my two adult children came to stay for long weekend. Overall our stay was very nice. Condo is on the 2nd floor and has a very nice view of the ocean. Very short walk to the beach! We did not go in the pool, but it looks very clean and well maintained. Amy, one of the co-owners, was quick to respond to my needs for the condo. Unfortunately, I felt like there were some basic things that should not have been needed/missing in the first place. I honestly felt like my stay and the condo itself were an after thought in many respects. I had to reach out to Amy the day before because I had not yet received any check in info (as stated in previous email that I would receive at least few days prior). That was truly no big deal, but when we arrived, the condo had not been completely cleaned. Amy was quick to respond and cleaners were back out to finish the job. The air conditioner was not working, but this was the middle of May, and therefore maybe a new problem. There was not one hand towel in either bathroom, the master bathroom had mold on shower curtain liner, and the toaster did not work properly. Again, Amy was very quick to take care of all of these items and make it right. All in all, we had a very nice stay. Needs improvement on small things to make guests feel more welcome. Because of location of master bedroom, it lacks sunlight and is very dark. No ceiling fans. And deck has carpet that stays wet after rain because of the humidity.

Great condo on the beach!

The condo was very clean and well equipped even with toliet paper, paper towels and soap. Loved the view of the beach and pool from the balcony. Great location! Close to restaurants (several in walking distance), grocery stores and more. Owners are awesome, 2nd time renting from them and will definitely be back next year. Thanks for another great stay!!

Relaxing

I don't know if we got lucky with our week (end of July to Aug), but it was so quiet and relaxing! We barely saw anyone, and those who we did meet were very nice. We wanted to chill and we got it! The beach was so clean and beautiful...barely any seaweed or shells. The condo is basic but had everything we needed, even toiletries/essentials. Kitchen was very well stocked. Most importantly to us, it was very clean! We liked the location. Close to restaurants (Amos Mosquito was amazing), mini golf, and shops. We also drove to Emerald Isle and went to Shark Tooth island, which was fun with the kids. The owners of the condo were very nice and responsive and got the AC fixed immediately. We would definitely return. My minor complaints were no gas grills, and the sand at the shower area could be cleaned up more regularly. I actually sprayed it away twice a day so people weren't tracking sand everywhere. Our condo was very clean, but I felt that the building itself could have been cleaner (e.g., dryer lint blowing on the floor when we walked to the elevator, bugs in the pool). Minor stuff. We loved our stay!

Cute condo with amenities

My family came for our annual beach summer vacation. It is conveniently located to stores, gas station and the beach. The kitchen had all you needed to cook in. Our son loved the bunk bed. The only draw back was the washers and dryers in the building that are coin operated and didn't work well (we did just provide this feedback to the owners to see if the building would consider upgrading them). Overall we had a great stay!

Wonderful condo

This was our first trip to Atlantic Beach and we will be back. We loved the proximity to the pool and beach. The unit was exactly as described. We also utilized the fitness center and have no complaints.

Great wedding weekend

We had a wonderful weekend stay here for a wedding. Condo was exactly as advertised and hosts very responsive. Would stay here again. Convenient location to Coral Bay Club and restaurants.

We'll Be Back!

A very clean and comfortable stay! We loved being just a few steps from the beach, but also enjoyed the pool. Even though we didn't cook, the kitchen has everything you'd need. Communication with the owners was easy and timely. Great location with plenty of dining & shopping options nearby - even walking distance. We can't wait to return!

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing week! A short walk to the beach, convenient store, restaurant, and most importantly- ice cream! Our daughters (6 & 11) loved the bunk beds and TV in their room! We all enjoyed the screened in porch with views of the ocean and pool. The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet. All things that we were hoping for!

Location. Location. Location.

Great stay … owners were 100 % on top of EVERYTHING and were all action - not talk. Great communication- let us know there was an issue with dishwasher prior to checking in and had it replaced within a business day ( due to holiday ). Unit is close to business but not on top of which made it very convenient. Short walk to beach; unit overlooking pool. Will definitely stay here again when in Atlantic Beach! Thank you again to owners for a great stay.
