Downtown Inn Moab is a vacationers dream! Arches (A) Unit is located walking distance to Moab's downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. Located 1 block off Downtown Main St.

This newly renovated condo is walking distance to downtown Moab shops, restaurants, and bars, even the Moab bike path is right next door! It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location.

The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building-
Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials.

Arches Condo has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The loft has 2 Comfortable Queen sized beds and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area.
You'll have a private full size washer and dryer inside your condo.

This building is NON-Smoking and No Pets.

Deck/ Patio area-
Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. There are 2 Hot tubs available and cleaned all year, as well as 2 BBQ and 2 seating arrangements for entertaining. Quiet time is 10PM-6AM.

Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking!

Great Location

This was a perfect location to serve as home base on all our Moab adventures. The kitchen is well stocked, lots of space, comfortable beds, easy walk to many of the restaurants on Main. Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect for exploring Moab

The house is comfortable and just as described. It’s an easy walk to most restaurants and stores in downtown Moab. Easy drive to Arches, golf course.

Moab family vacation

We stayed at this wonderful property with our kids and parents. The entire property was very clean and spacious. Our boys stayed in the loft area…they had to crawl on hands and knees due to ceiling height there but no big deal. Amenities were great. We walked to the shops and restaurants on the main street there. Would stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for two couples and two teenagers. It was exactly as advertised and so convenient and easy to walk to anything Moab.

LOVED it!!!

Absolutely loved this place!!! Clean, quiet, and perfect location. It was super spacious and comfortable for our group of 5. So many great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Was our first time to Moab and we loved it and would definitely come back to this unit.

Amazing! Stay Here!

This property was as nice as the pictures and everything was thought of! Heck they even left us mints on our pillows! CLEAN! Comfortable ! The owner was responsive if you had any questions..only a block from the Main Street - BUT QUIET… Easily walkable to restaurants and even grocery (if you’re not carrying a case of water)..

Moab Vacation

This was the perfect place to stay in Moab! My husband and I stayed with another couple and were very pleased with this property. It is located just off Main St. in downtown Moab, but it did not feel "busy" at all--easy parking on a wide street with first-floor access to the condo. It was extremely easy to walk to restaurants and shops in town. The property was clean, very spacious, and has a modern feel with updated kitchen, bathrooms, and living area. No complaints at all! We were so happy that it was exactly as promised online. Would certainly stay there again!

Amazing experience

The house was perfect ! We had an amazing experience in Moab , the house is beautiful, clean and has everything you need to enjoy your trip. Including hot tub and a grill . All the bedrooms were very good and we could fit 9 people sleeping perfectly. The host was so friendly and helpful, very good in quick responses . The house has the best location ever , we were super happy to stay right in downtown and very close to the stores . Thank you so much Stefanie ! We loved so much !
