This professionally decorated end unit villa boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and stunning ocean views. The oceanfront living room offers panoramic ocean views, a large 55" Smart TV, and Blu-ray player. The main oceanfront balcony is accessible from the living area and Bedroom 3. Also comfortably seats 6 for al fresco dining. This villa also includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, and a full-sized washer and dryer for added convenience.

The luxurious Master suite is furnished with a King bed, 42" flat screen TV, and Private Bath with Glass Walk-in shower & Double Sinks. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a King bed, Private Bath, 48" Flat Screen TV, Private Bath with Double Sinks & Walk-In Shower, and small Private Balcony. Bedroom 3 features Two Double Beds, 42" flat screen TV, and a Private Bath with a Soaking Tub and Walk-In Shower. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Beautifully decorated, nicely appointed and spacious. Cannot say enough wonderful things about the views of the ocean from the entire living area and balcony. Onsite pools, bar and gym were definite pluses. Having Coligny shopping plaza within walking distance gave us plenty of reasons to enjoy food, spirits and live music

Perfect getaway

This was perfect for a week getaway. Easy to accommodate 5 adults and 3 kids. It was a beautiful view. The kids loved the heated pool. The adults loved the pool bar!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great time. This place was very nice and accommodating for my family. The only downside was the elevator didn’t always work and we had to take the stairs often. This wasn’t easy for my handicap wife. The upside was we were on the 2nd floor. Had we been on the 3-5 floor, we would have had to leave. We will call ahead next time to make sure elevator is working. Other than that, I would have given them 5 stars across the board!

Great Views and Location

Unit is exactly as pictured. Incredible views of the ocean from almost every room in the unit ( except for 3rd bedroom). Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect. Short walk to beach, grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Easy check in and check out.

Great Beachfront Condo in Great Location

Excellent spot in a nice complex with all you need for a wonderful vacation. Easy in and easy out with loading and they have an elevator with covered parking. Great pool bar and beach view/access. We would definitely come back! Walking distance to the Coligny shops and stores. Cleanliness was below average and washer and dryer didn’t work well. We would have cleaned it more but there were no supplies for that. Otherwise, the place is ideal.

Family Fun

This property is exactly as pictured. Our entire family loved both the view and the unit. With Coligny across the street, we could walk to the shops and several restaurants. The only improvement I would suggest is equipping the unit with more plates. Only four are in the unit and we had a family of six.

Awesome condo

This condo did not disappoint. It was clean, well equipped in the kitchen, comfortable living room furniture and beds. The oceanfront view was beautiful. The condo was beautiful and luxurious. I only have two small complaints. The code to get into the parking garage and elevators was wrong. The second complaint was the coffee pot needed descaling and did not work properly. Coffee is extremely important to me, so I purchased a coffee pot to take on all future vacations. I highly recommend this condo.

I did think the carpets and rugs could have been more thoroughly vacuumed and the kitchen needs larger pans. Other than that it was almost perfect. HOWEVER, Seacrest needs better management. We’ve been coming here for years. On this trip the pool areas were overrun with very loud speakers (multiple speakers at one time). One morning before the pools opened a woman was swimming in the pool....with her dog. Most people in the poops were not wearing wristbands and no one was enforcing it. The property needs to do better if we are going to come back. This condo is very expensive.

Love the Condo-Management Not So Much

The condo is amazing! It’s huge, modern, luxurious and you can’t beat the location and view. However, when we got there we had enough time to drop off luggage and get to the airport to pick up my sister. The code that was emailed to us was an old code (according to a guy who worked there). We had tried it many times, so we had cars lined up behind us. Call management who didn’t answer. They texted after a while saying “it’s either (#) or (#). So we had to try both and eventually got in. Needless to say we were late picking up my sister. Then my daughter found hair on her sheets, and they were dirty, so they obviously weren’t changed so she had to wash them. Lastly, they never brought wrist bands saying they’d bring them Monday but didnt. I called Wednesday and they said they ran out, but “they aren’t checking wrist bands anyway so you’ll be fine”. 5 minutes after we got in the pool a man asked to see our wrist bands. We explained the situation and after proving we were guests there HE brought us wrist bands. So the condo is amazing, the trip was amazing, the view is amazing and we loved being able to walk everywhere. The management company needs to get their sh*t together.

Beautiful condo, great location!

My family of 5 stayed here for a long weekend over Mother’s Day. We loved this property! It’s very spacious and had everything we needed. Beautiful views of the beach, and located right near the action in Coligny. We rented bikes, which were easily accessible and dropped off right by door closest to the unit. Pool Bar Jim’s was also on property and a fun place to enjoy! Overall, a fantastic weekend in Hilton Head. We would definitely rent this place again.
