Newly Remodeled 3/2 Beach House in OSV! 3 minutes to the Beach!

Our Beach House "Melody Gardens" is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a TV in each bedroom, for your convenience!! Our home has an outdoor shower and everything you need to enjoy a vacation at the beach in Surfside Beach, South Carolina! The home has a beautiful kitchen with breakfast bar, a nice dining room that flows into an open living area with a large TV. Sleeps 6 comfortably.

We will accept no more than two (2) dogs (for an extra fee with weight restrictions of 30 pounds each). Dog(s) must be trained and on a leash at all times, when outdoors.

This beautifully furnished beach home is in the golf cart community of Oceanside Village- OSV! OSV is gated with 24/7 security, 2 outdoor pools, hot tub, 1 indoor pool, stocked fishing lakes, private beach access with lots of golf cart parking. Location is 15 minutes south of the airport, 20 minutes from Broadway on the Beach/Downtown Myrtle, and 10 minutes north of Murrells Inlet.

Linens and towels are included for six (6) guests!!

A golf cart is available to rent for an additional price of $250.00/weekly...

Great vacation home

Super cute house. Loved the neighborhood as the pool and the beach are really convenient with the golf cart. Tons of great restaurants and golf courses nearby. Owners were great and easy to communicate with.

Beach house stay

Enjoyed our stay. The house was located in a great spot close to beach. Golf cart was a huge help lugging things to beach. Owners responded quickly to a few concerns we had and were helpful.

Perfect location

This property is 2 minutes from the beach and The King’s Highway. Jim is an excellent host. The house is stocked and ready for vacationers. We enjoyed our stay.

Best beach trip in years!

We had an amazing week and a lot of that was due to the home and the hospitality of the homeowner. House was beautiful, comfortable and clean. They were kind enough to allow our older dogs to join us which took a lot of worry off of our minds. It had all of the amenities you could want, and the small things made all the difference. We felt so spoiled we didn't want to leave, and can't wait to go back.

Relaxed Week at the Beach

We enjoyed our stay at this house, especially using the golf cart for the short ride to the beach. Everything was new inside - furniture, appliances, etc. Only minor drawback seemed to be something about the AC that made various thumps, clangs and noises throughout the night.

Fantastic Property

The house exceeded our expectations in every fashion. It was very clean and had a “beachy” feel. The new golf cart was nice to take rides around the village and get to the beach quickly. Jim and Marianne couldn’t have been easier to work with and they were very responsive to any questions. We highly recommend this rental!

Spring trip 2021

Great location and very clean house and the owners Jim & Marianne are great to work with. My family really enjoyed the brand new golf cart. We traveled with my 92 year old mother and having a house with no steps made her trip a lot more enjoyable. So if anyone is looking for a nice place to stay inside of Oceanside Village we highly recommend this house. Hopefully we can return for another trip in the future.

Wonderful trip in a wonderful house.

Our family had a great trip and visit in your lovely home. The house was super clean and very nice and modern. Plenty of room for our family and was so close to the beach. We loved the golf cart and Jim and Marianne we so nice and accommodating. Helping us promptly with a couple minor issues. The grill was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. By far the nicest house we have stayed in our of the four previous trips to Oceanside. Thanks for memorable vacation.

We enjoyed our vacation at this beautiful home! We along with our 2 daughters & 2 fur babies especially loved the one level with no stairs to climb with luggage & letting our fur boys in & out. Surfside is our absolute favorite home away from home & Melody Gardens was a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. Thank you!!

Nice place

This property was very nice. Clean, everything worked, EXCEPT the air conditioning! We could not get the air to go lower then 76-78, i do realize there was a heatwave, but we prefer the cooler air at night. They had fans that helped at-least! Owners were very friendly and quickly responded to questions as we were there, besides the air- great place!

Amazing vacation house.

Beautiful home with very nice amenities inside and out. My kids and I enjoyed everything. The included golf cart was very nice. I could not ask for a better vacation home. Highly recommend this for anyone especially a family.

The owners were out standing to work with. We had some difficult travel plans and they were happy to listen and help in any way. Golf cart was great and a must have to add joy to your trip. Total recommendation!

Great House

This was a great house. Very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. The owners were also great in answering any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.
