PET FRIENDLY - 2Bdrm/1Bath home in Oceanside Village! Close to Pool

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! 2 bedroom/1 bath PET FRIENDLY downstairs unit in Oceanside Village-- located in Surfside Beach "The Family Beach". Fully furnished with towels and linens, pots/pans, utensils, etc.. Oceanside Village is a Private Family Friendly Community with Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Hot tub, Children's Splash Pad/Pool, Playground, Community Center, Basketball, Tennis and Bocce Ball courts! Private Oceanfront Parking and 24 hour security! NOTE: You can walk to the pool from our home!

Master bedroom has a Queen size bed. In the second bedroom there are a set of bunk beds, a trundle and a single bed. TV's in the living room and master bedroom, DVD player, ceiling fans in all rooms. Both bedrooms furnished with dressers and closets with hangers so you can unpack and make yourself at home. Bathroom is furnished with plenty of towels for your use, there is no extra charge for bath and linen service. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need, small island with extra seating, pots, pans, utensils, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and more. Dining room table seats 6 when extended. There is an outdoor shower for you to rinse off in after your day at the beach or pool. Enclosed shed area for you to lock up your personal items (bikes, surf boards, boogie boards, etc....)

Rainy day?? We have plenty of board games and a Wii gaming system to keep your kids entertained, some video games have been left for your use. If your child is a reader, there are plenty of books to chose from, cards your thing.... we have those too! Free WiFi and basic cable TV through Roku.

PLEASE NOTE: This is the downstairs unit only, we have family members who live upstairs full time.

Our #1 Rule is that you HAVE FUN! But please note, we only rent to families and at least one adult needs to be 25 or older. Maximum occupancy is 6. Check in time is at 3 p.m. and check out time is at 10 a.m. We also will consider less then a week stay in some cases (usually during off peak season). Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home. Pet are welcome with a $50 non-refundable deposit. Golf carts are available at the Oceanside Village Office for rent

We absolutely loved our stay! Spotless cozy had everything we needed. We enjoyed every moment relaxing on the patio, and cooking outside on the grill. Bethany and Judy went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. This place truly made our vacation special!

HOME away from HOME

Bethany was nothing short of heaven sent. Her communication was top tier. The living quarters were very clean, air conditioned, and well organized. The owner made our stay absolutely stress free. If you are vacationing here, you will enter stress free and leave wishing you had stayed another week. We vacation every year to Myrtle, and we are already planned to reschedule another vacation soon. Better book fast, before we do! ;)

Amazing Rally

The apt was beautiful, and cozy. Conveniently located to everything. We loved the gated community, it gave us peace of mind that we were allowed to ride our bikes to the property. I can not wait to visit again.

The property was clean, cheerful and spacious. Owners clearly gave thought to what their guests would need from well stocked kitchen, laundry supplies and ample storage options. Owners were exceptional! I expect we will book with them again in the near future. Highly recommend.

Just what we needed!

My husband and I wanted a restful getaway where our standard poodle would be welcomed to stay for 12 days over the Thanksgiving holiday. This place fit the bill perfectly. Judy upstairs was wonderful. She checked on us a few times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The community and beach access was awesome!

Surfside beach house

Our son lives in Myrtle Beach and we went for a week long visit with our dog. This was an ideal spot for us. It was close to the beach and I did a lot of bicycling on the road adjacent to the ocean. The speed limit there is 25 or so and the motorists are generally courteous. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed to get us started. The host even said our son could stay overnight if he wanted, though he never did. The bed was super comfy and had adjustable feet/head positions. It is a safe and friendly neighborhood and is gated and supervised. We would definitely consider staying there again when we go to visit our son.

Great Location

The home was just as pictured and very clean. The community had lots of amenities and a private parking lot at the beach. Well worth the money. We rented a golf cart for the week which was fun. Beth was extremely responsive throughout the week. We were very comfortable and glad we could bring our dogs with us. Saved on pet sitting fees. Highly recommend!

AMAZING

This was the perfect home away from home. The host was so easy to communicate with and very efficient. The home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The community is quiet, and everyone is so friendly. This home is perfect, and we will return! Bethany and Judy are so accommodating and kind, we felt right at home with them. Thank you for everything and we will see you again once that PTO bank fills back up!!!

Great Week at the Beach!

Bethany and Judy were excellent hosts!!! They were quick to communicate and answer any questions we had. Their space was perfect for our three kids and one fur baby. We loved being able to rent one of the community’s golf carts to access the private beach parking and take rides around the neighborhood in the evenings! Everything described in this listing matches what you see in their home! It exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend staying here!!!

Week at the beach

Stayed here while the rest of our extended family stayed at various other properties in OSV. Space worked well for our family of 4. Queen bed was a bit uncomfortable on one side. Water pressure in the bathroom was great, and never ran out of hot water. Kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms had plenty of pillows and extra linens. My daughter loved the bunk bed! Couch had recliners which was nice too! Space might not be good for littles-lots of small shells and decorations, and a tall chest/dresser, but fine for older kiddos. Host was super easy to reach via vrbo and text, and was super helpful in helping with a golf cart for us. We were tucked in the back of OSV, which was nice for the quiet (especially with 4th of July) but makes for a trek to the front. Liked this rental and host a lot, but some aspects of the community were not our favorite (perhaps just our adjustment to a community rental). Had great weather and a fun week!

Just what we needed

We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was well-stocked. The outdoor shower was nice to wash off all the sand. The short golf cart ride to the gated beach parking lot was easy. The pool and splash pad were a hit with the kids. The neighborhood is nice and everyone is very friendly. The owners were wonderful and communicated well.

Best vacation rental ever!

We travel often and this was by far the nicest home we've stayed in. Owners Bethany and Judy have thought of everything you could need, and then some. We arrived as guests, but left as friends. We booked for next year before we left. The home is so comfortable and inviting with a great beach vibe. The area is terrific....close to shopping, dinning and the beach. A real bonus is the private beach parking. Anyone who stays here will have a wonderful vacation. We are looking forward to returning.

Thanksgiving

Our stay was wonderful we had everything we could need and more. The hosts were lovely ladies who were very helpful. We walked to the pools,the beach and the play ground. Our grandchildren visited so there was plenty to do. It was nice to be able to walk our dog everyday. I would definitely recommend staying here.

All I can say is...WONDERFUL!

The place, the location, the neighborhood, THE LANDLORD and UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR especially.... all WONDERFUL! The place is super clean and super nice! Decorated perfectly, stocked amazingly well and actually looks like the pictures in the listing! I am so excited to have found this place and plan to come back every year! Perfect family vacation spot

Check in process was easy and the host very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. The property looks exactly as pictured and was clean. The community is easy to navigate with little ones, we rented a golf cart to get around. The pool being so close was wonderful, beach is only a 5 minute drive away. We had everything we needed and more as the house was stocked with many extras with families in mind. We would absolutely stay again

Great Place to Stay!

The house was everything that we had expected based off of the photos. Kitchen was large and the bedrooms had good space as well. Couldn’t have been happier with the communication of our hosts. They were always very prompt to address any questions and went out of their way to accommodate us. Great place to stay! Only negative thing to mention- We had some minor less then pleasant experiences with the community itself. However, the homeowner again did everything she could to help ease the stress of that situation. We would definitely stay again. Thanks again!

Convenient location!

Nice location and amenities. Check in process was a little daunting and there are two locations with the same address but the place was nice and had everything needed to make the stay pleasant.

Wonderful stay

We actually had booked for November and couldn’t make it due to medical procedure so Bethany let us rebook. We rented in April. This was really the most well-stocked place we have rented so far. It was also very cute and clean. The neighborhood has wonderful amenities and it is located directly across from the beach. Bethany was very quick to answer questions we had and was very nice. We hope we get to stay here again.

Great stay in a cool community

We had a great time staying here. We rented a golf cart from the association, which was the way to go. We could travel to the beach, across from the association with ease. Beds were comfortable too!
