Luxury at the Wharf was recently fully renovated! The unit features beautiful views of the lake, obstructed views of the ocean, as well as NEW furniture!

Luxury at the Wharf was decorated and designed with its vacationers in mind! The bunk alcove is perfect for the Kids! Each bed is provided with their own TV making it easy for them to watch their favorite shows! The open concept living room provides plenty of gathering space to be together! Whether you are cooking or relaxing on the couch you can all be together.

Laketown Wharf 911 has everything you need to create a memorable Beach Vacation!

The resort itself offers five resort-style pools (including a zero-edge family pool, a lagoon pool, a rooftop pool, an island pool on the lake, and a kids' play pool). In addition, this condo is centrally located to multiple main attractions. The rental provides a fully equipped kitchen, an open layout, and a private balcony.

The condo

This property was nice. The bed needs a new mattress & more elevators. The walk to the condo from the only 2-elevators are too far. Also let the customer know they have to pay to park. This added 110.00 to my trip.

SB visit to Panama City

The condo itself was lovely—spacious, nicely decorated, and in a great location with a beautiful view. We appreciated the overall layout and aesthetic, which made it feel like a comfortable home away from home. The unit was clean when we arrived.That said, the condo would benefit from some updated furnishings. The couch was quite worn and uncomfortable, which became more noticeable since we were indoors during the evenings for safety. Additionally, the mattresses in both bedrooms felt well past their prime and could use replacing. There also weren't enough blankets available for all guests, and the comforters provided were threadbare, which left us wishing for a bit more comfort.The condo complex is large and has potential, but it’s clearly seen better days. Elevator issues were frequent, and there simply aren’t enough functioning elevators to accommodate the number of condos—especially frustrating during peak times like Spring Break.Since it was SB, the timing wasn’t ideal for our family. There was a heavy police presence and many unsupervised teens behaving disrespectfully, which made the atmosphere feel chaotic and uncomfortable. While the surrounding crime is beyond the control of the condo owners, it definitely impacted our experience and sense of safety in the area. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving the complex after dark.Overall, while we really liked the condo unit itself (despite the dated furniture), we wouldn’t return—primarily due to the location and complex.

Great Condo

Everything in the condo was clean. The fridge was not making ice, and someone came out to fix it within a few days. I loved being able to walk to the beach and Pineapple Willys. The pools need to be a bit more maintained, but this condo was great.

Laketown Wharf Unit 911

The only GREAT thing about this place is that it is conveniently located near everything. The check in process took well over 30 minutes and there were only two ladies checking in. The elevators are HORRIBLE! Be prepared to take the stairs majority of the time. There was leftover trash in a bin in the bunk bed area closet and also a left over popsicle wrapper in a bin under the bunk bed. The top bunk tv was broken. The master bedroom sheets had stains on it. The mattresses in both bedrooms are worn and need to be replaced ASAP. The couch is worn too. This unit has roaches and they crawl out of everywhere especially at night!

This room was by far the best room and place I’ve ever stayed at. There was so much to do and we never even had to leave the property. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay at PCB!

Once we arrived we were surprised at the meticulous detail of the cleaning of the condo. Decor and furnishings were all fresh, modern and cozy. No detail was left out in this unit. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare a great meal. TVs had every channel imaginable available to watch. The internet was fast enough to handle the few video calls I needed to handle for work. Laketown Wharf has many pools and hot tubs, including a kids pool. The boardwalk allows for fabulous walks. The onsite security does a great job of keeping guests safe at all times. We appreciated them looking out for me and my young kids over the course of the week.There are some great spots to eat on site (In Cahoots, Juan Taco, PCB Pizza, The Tipsy Turtle and 2 Ice Cream Shops and a few others we did not try) Walmart, the Beach and Pineapple Willy's are all an easy 5 minute walk as well.We had one issue with the guest bath sink not draining and maintenence arrived within 45 minutes ( which happened to be a Sunday morning)I would highly recommend renting Laketown Wharf 911 through Blue Swell. It was a picture perfect week.

There was nothing overlooked or not thought of! Little touches like sets of towels stacked & tied with beautiful ribbon made the unit feel even more luxurious. Throughout our trip, Blue Swell touched base with us to make sure we had what we needed for a great stay. That's above & beyond what a management team has to do. We come to PCB & stay at Laketown almost every summer & we are hopeful that we can stay in this unit or another managed by Blue Swell on our next beach trip!

Love this area

Stayed in this resort 3 times this year, all different units. We like the area and resort is nice. We did have a bug issue this particular time in this unit l, mostly in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. Otherwise the unit was super nice and updated with pretty good overall cleanliness. The bed in the smaller room (front room) probably needs a mattress topper or a new mattress it was pretty broken in.

It was alright

The condo was beautiful, one of the best ones I ever stayed at in Panama. It was beautiful!! Even though it looked great we had a few issues. There were roaches crawling on the walls in the kitchen and in the bathroom.My wife and daughter were completely gross out and it was like that all week, just nasty! Another thing was that the Air Conditioner wouldn’t work in the bedroom we were burning up while we were sleeping. If you fixed the Air Conditioner problem and get a exterminator to come fix the horrible bug problem you have it would be probably on of the best condo’s in Panama City Beach.Thx for letting us stay.

Nice room very clean. Only complaints would be elevators are very slow . Wish check in process was like other VRBO I’ve stayed at no need to see front desk. The extra $70 for wrist bands and parking pass should be included in the rental rates. Over all nice stay.
