Casa adosada de 4 habitaciones y 2 1/2 baños frente al mar con piscina al aire libre

Ubicada en el centro de la ciudad de Ocean City en la calle 71, nuestra propiedad Beach Place North es una casa adosada frente al mar de 4 niveles, 4 habitaciones y 2 1/2 baños. Tiene aire acondicionado central, capacidad para 12 personas y cuenta con dos habitaciones frente al mar, tres terrazas frente al mar y está perfectamente configurado para dos familias o una familia numerosa.

Hay una piscina privada al aire libre que está abierta desde Memorial Day - Labor Day y está disponible solo para los huéspedes en Beach Place North. Como solo hay 25 unidades en toda la propiedad, no estará abarrotado. La playa frente a Beach Place North es una de las menos densamente pobladas de Ocean City. Nuestra familia se queda aquí dos semanas cada verano y esta es una de las principales razones por las que compramos aquí.

La casa está configurada de la siguiente manera:

Nivel de estacionamiento
El nivel más bajo es el frente del estacionamiento que tiene estacionamiento debajo de la unidad para dos autos. Hay una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo en este nivel.

Nivel principal
El nivel principal tiene una sala de estar, comedor, cocina y 1/2 baño. El piso es el pino amarillo original, recientemente restaurado, y las paredes son los paneles de pino de ranura y lengüeta 'playeras' originales.

La sala está equipada con un televisor LCD de pantalla plana de 46 'montado en la pared. Hay un sofá cama Queen Lazyboy. La puerta corredera de cristal se abre a la cubierta a nivel de la playa. ¡Dos pasos hacia abajo y estás en la playa!

El amplio comedor tiene espacio para ocho personas y tiene una puerta corrediza de vidrio que conduce a una terraza trasera donde hay una ducha exterior cerrada y un área de almacenamiento para tablas de surf, sillas de playa, etc. Además, hay una manguera que puede usar para lavar la arena antes de entrar a la ducha o la casa principal.

La cocina cuenta con una encimera de Silestone con barra de desayuno, gabinetes blancos, cocina eléctrica, lavaplatos, triturador, cafetera, licuadora y refrigerador con máquina de hielo y agua a través de la puerta. Hay iluminación debajo del gabinete y luces empotradas en el techo, las cuales se encuentran en interruptores de atenuación.

El medio baño ha sido remodelado con un nuevo piso de baldosas de cerámica y un nuevo lavabo de pedestal en forma de concha, así como un nuevo inodoro Toto.

Segundo nivel
El segundo nivel tiene dos dormitorios y un baño completo con bañera. El dormitorio frente al mar tiene una cama king size y una puerta corrediza de vidrio que da a una terraza privada con vista al océano. Hay un televisor en esta habitación. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. El baño en este piso ha sido completamente renovado y cuenta con nuevas baldosas de cerámica en los pisos y el borde de la bañera, así como un tocador de granito de 57 'con espejo a juego.

Nivel superior
El nivel superior también tiene dos dormitorios y un baño completo con bañera. El dormitorio frente al mar tiene una cama queen size y una puerta corrediza de vidrio que conduce a una terraza abierta con vista al océano. El segundo dormitorio tiene una litera piramidal con un colchón completo en la parte inferior y un gemelo en la parte superior. El baño en este piso también ha sido completamente renovado y presenta nuevas baldosas de cerámica en los pisos y el borde de la bañera, así como un nuevo lavabo de pedestal y un inodoro Toto.

La unidad viene equipada con televisión por cable y una red inalámbrica para acceso a internet. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisión y están conectadas por cable.

Spectacular Views!

Although the location was perfect, views were spectacular, having three flights of steps proved to be a challenge at times, would not suggest older adults for this rental. We were surprised to find out the Televisions were set up for Roku. A streaming device we have never used so we were unable to view Live TV , or able to work any of the TVs other then movies on the living room television, which was Very disappointing. So if you are in shape and understand Roku Television, this is the perfect place.

Great place for a relaxing, peaceful vacation!

Cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s spacious and comfortable and just steps away from the ocean. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. The location is close to a lot of good restaurants and stores and high up enough where it’s very quiet. Oceanfront views are amazing! If you like to sleep with the sound of ocean waves crashing, this is the place for you. The owner Art was very nice and the experience was super easy and convenient. Will definitely stay here again for future visits! Thanks Art!

Amazing property with a great location!

My family of six and my parents had the pleasure of staying here for our vacation. Inside the home there were plenty of rooms and space for our large family and well as a fully stocked kitchen. Outside you step immediately onto the beach or are step away from the pool. Simply couldn’t not ask for a better location. The communication with the owner was fantastic!

Relaxing weekend away

This is our second time renting this property and it is set up perfectly for a larger family. The home is very well maintained and has everything you need to enjoy a nice relaxing trip to the beach. The views from all of the decks are amazing and there aren’t that many properties in Ocean City that you can take a few steps out your back door and your on the beach! Property owner has always been quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be booking another stay here in the near future.

Place was clean and in a good location for ocean city… it was very nice to be steps from the beach. One thing that really bothered me was the fact that I had to buy all my own sheets and towels… there wasn’t even a hand towel to dry my hands off with. No shampoo, bath soap, etc….We came to the east coast on a plane and didn’t have much room for sheets and linens…. I have stayed in dozens of VRBOs and have never encountered one that didn’t provide these basic needs. The extra $200 we had to spend on these items for my family was frustrating… it was disclosed in the description when I read more carefully….I just didn’t notice until after we had booked.

Needs updating

The cleaning service did a terrible job. It took us 45 minutes to clean our place and even then it wasn't up to par. We contacted Art and he apologized but did not offer to send the service back to clean or give us any reimbursement. The kitchen is NOT well stocked. Not even a vegetable peeler was to be had. Both coffee machines did not work and we ended up buying a new one. The furnishings are very old. The deck furniture is moldy and ancient too. We realized the A/C stopped working when we came back from the beach on Friday. Thank goodness it was a cooler evening and we could open up windows and sliders. The only plus to this place is that it is right on the beach and the pool is very nice.. It is time for the owners to invest in their rental so that clients feel it is worth the amount of money charged for a one week stay.

Great location right on the beach

This was a wonderful spot right on the beach. Almost everything we needed was provided (just needed to get some beach chairs). Overall, this was a great spot and would recommend.

Family getaway

We had a fabulous time at this place. The location was amazing. My grandkids love being able to walk out right into the sand. They played for hours while the adults were inside playing games while keeping an eye on them. The dunes was a great buffer to the main beach and ocean. The host was great and accessible when I had questions or concerns. We will definitely come back if available to us again.

Weekend getaway

Great weekend away with my family. House was very clean and well maintained. Beach is right in your back yard and you can’t beat waking up and looking out your bedroom to the sun rising over the Atlantic. We will definitely be booking another getaway here in the future.

We loved staying at this condo for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend! The condo is charming with that beach cottage feel to it. The views were spectacular and we loved being right on the beach! Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. I would stay here again for sure!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We have vacationed in Ocean City for years as a family and both my wife and I vacationed there as kids with our parents. We started renting in Beach Place North in the mid 90's. Since I'm a Realtor, each vacation I would take a morning and go up and down the beach searching to see if there was a place that we might like better. Each year I came to the conclusion that Beach Place North was the best spot for our family vacation and in 2008 we were able to purchase this home. This house needed a lot of work when we bought it. We gutted the kitchen and baths and started over. We pulled up the carpet on the main level and had the floors refinished. We replaced most of the furniture, added cable and internet, multiple tvs. We went through every piece of cookware, pots etc.. and replaced most of them.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the privacy the beach offers as there aren't any high rise buildings nearby and all the homes on the bay side have to use 67th street to access the beach. We love having the pool available for the kids. In 2009 we installed a tankless water heater and this is wonderful for large families because it supplies perpetual hot water.
