Thanks for staying with us Scott. We will take a look at the items you mentioned. I think we do a pretty good job of making sure all the light bulbs get checked/replaced regularly. It could be you weren't using the right switch as there are some in the house that are a little tricky. Regardless, we will look into it. Again, thanks for everything!

This review is vindictive and untrue. We most certainly do NOT have roaches in the house. The guest complained about water pressure, but when we offered to have someone look at it he declined. He complained about the refrigerator not being cold enough, so we literally brought him a new one. After he checked out we inspected and the refrigerator worked and the water pressure was normal. We have not had any signs of cockroaches before or after their stay. We do have 2X week pool cleaning. We’ve never had a guest complain about that? We do have a workshop on the property as Discussed in our listing . It is the furthest point away from the house on an 11 acre property. In 2 years and almost 100 guests nobody has complained. It’s almost as if the workshop is not even on the same property. And we would never have any worker disrupt a guest. The guest is being untruthful when he says there are people coming into the backyard. Aside from the pool cleaner that has never happened. I normally don’t respond to reviews, but this one is so misleading and untruthful I need to set the record straight.
