This spot is the real deal!. Tucked in the hills of El Cajon, it’s all about the backyard-think private pool, relaxing spa, waterslide, and loads of space to kick back or play. This home has vacation vibes written all over it.

Inside, the main level brings everyone together. The open layout connects the sleek kitchen, 8 seat dining table, and a comfy living room that’s perfect for movie nights or chilling by the fireplace.

Head upstairs and you'll find four private bedrooms, with a fifth downstairs. There’s plenty of space for the whole crew. Sleeping arrangements are super flexible:

☆ Main Suite: King bed, twin bed + twin roll-away bed (sleeps 4)
☆ Bedroom 2: Queen bed (sleeps 2)
☆ Bedroom 3: Twin over twin bunk bed + queen bed (sleeps 4)
☆ Bedroom 4: King bed + twin over twin bunk bed (sleeps 4)
☆ Bedroom 5 (downstairs): King bed (sleeps 2)
☆ Living Room: Sofa + air mattress (sleeps 2)

Every bedroom has its own Smart TV and ample storage, so you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There's an extra full bathroom upstairs, too, with a tub/shower combo.

Now, the backyard? It can’t be beat! A pool that can be heated (yes, even in winter), waterslide, hot tub, tiki bar, BBQ grill, shaded outdoor dining, fire pit, playground, and space to serve up a volleyball or badminton match. Add in an outdoor TV, garage gym, and ping pong, and you've got something for everyone.

• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum. There is a 2 day minimum charge for pool heating. Pricing is based on current SDGE natural gas rates. Spa heating is always free :)
• If you are bringing a pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to the reservation and covers up to 2 dogs
• Hosting more than 14 guests? Each additional guest will incur an extra $50 per night
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead of time and is subject to availability and extra pricing
