Come enjoy a brand new, carefully decorated 4-bedroom townhouse. Snuggle by the fireplace with a book, jam to the vintage jukebox or test your skills with vintage pinball or ping-pong. Barbeque in the fenced back yard and prepare your feast in the fully-stocked kitchen.

Great communication at all times! This home was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming! So many thoughtful touches and a well stocked kitchen with spices, coffee, creamers, welcoming snacks, and some other essential cooking ingredients! We also enjoyed the retro jukebox, pinball machine, and the ping-pong table! The location was very convenient for going to the Le May auto museum Marymount! Also very close to lots of food and grocery shopping! Check in and check out was very simple! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again! Thank you!

I really enjoyed staying at this property. The amenities fit our needs and the space of the home was perfect. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the backyard area, it was well kept and had cute, vintage seating. The Elvis theme was a nice touch without being overdone. Well balanced! Jenni communicates thoroughly; she checked in on the app to make sure we were comfortable and was readily available in case we needed her. From the reservation process to check out, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

Fun times with family!

Place was perfect. Great price. Highlights included; the ping table, pinball machine and gas fireplace (loved it and took the chill outta rainy weather we had most of the time we were there). Access to both prime and hula on large screen tv worked great. They also have a working jukebox (classic). The home had most things one would need in kitchen Thought the combo keirig machine that could make one cup, or a pot, of coffee was pretty cool. Enjoy staying at Vrbos that have spices, oils, and other baking Ingredients stocked from other guests. Saves on groceries and practical (we even left unopened items in cupboard for next guests). Hosts were very responsive to any requests. Close drive to airport and shopping (we were there for NCAA swimming/diving competition in Federal Way). Beds were comfy. Washer and dryer were upstairs and close to bedrooms which was convenient. Definitely stay there again.

Lovely spot for a family gathering

We had a family lunch for the holidays and the kitchen and living room were well equipped for our purposes. We didn’t stay the night but we appreciated the number of rooms in the space. I’d definitely book this house again for a similar occasion.

Something for everyone

This was one of the nicest homes we've rented. The description was spot on. Our family group of 10 was very comfortable with room and activities for everyone. From games in the garage to the fresh air in the backyard to relaxing by the fire, this place accommodated our whole group. Parking was a little challenging but we made it work. We'd highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property!

We've stayed at enough places to say that this was the best property we've rented. Pictures of the property were true and honest to what we experienced upon our walking in. It was spectacular and well stocked. The attention to details throughout the home was so welcoming! And the canned spam for us (we're originally from Hawaii) was such a pleasant surprise. The rooms were comfortable and the space it provided made this short getaway so enjoyable! Hosts were wonderful and very responsive in making sure we were all ok! Location is not a great area

Pictures are worth a thousand words. If I were able, I’d just post pictures of the area. Here’s what I know of Tacoma: we’ve driven through on interstate 5. Family was attending a wedding in Graham. Don’t know the area at all. The photos looked nice so I booked it. This place is not in a nice neighborhood! Halfway house or homeless shelter three doors down. Junk yard out the back windows. Didn’t feel like a safe neighborhood. If that doesn’t bother you, then you’d probably be fine renting here. Beds were comfortable. Hair found on towels, shower area & around base of toilet. Other than that the place was clean. Owners were responsive to messages after our stay.
