One of my favorite listings, due to cleanliness and that it is modern. The views of Anchor Bay are unbeatable. Will stay again.

Relaxing Stay

My husband and I spent 4 nights in Cottage 2. We appreciated the updated condo, the furniture was comfortable and clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the rooms were all very clean. We spent time each morning and evening on the deck taking in the beautiful views. The only thing missing was a throw blanket for cool nights on the sofa. We look forward to coming back again. Beautiful Bay

I give honest reviews…Things started out a bit rocky with smoke alarms going off for no reason. 😳 The view of the bay from the deck is serene and wonderful. We were 10 day renters from Florida, on the go every day. We did not fix meals, but found the kitchen a little lacking in some items to actually cook and serve a meal. This property does not provide coffee supplies. The bathroom did not have shampoo or conditioner and the number of towels and washcloths for a 10 day stay was lacking. The manager did bring more linens when asked. This is a building with connected units and you hear sounds from both above and adjoining units. (The smoke alarms were going off in all units) The one washer and dryer are used by all unit guests as well as management when linens are done when a unit checks out. The bed was comfortable. The unit is spacious and pleasantly decorated. Perfect for guests with boats to enjoy the lake. All in all we enjoyed our stay even though we weren’t there much to enjoy the water view. Would recommend the unit. Management was pleasant and responsive to the issues we had.

Gorgeous property, great fishing. We loved being able to launch our boat and being right on the lake. The property was very clean, and everyone was so kind!

Wonderful!

We stayed here for a fishing trip and had a blast! The property was very clean and gorgeous. We loved the modern design and beautiful decorations. Accommodations are great!! Andy helped us so much. We loved how the boat ramp was right there. We will definitely be back!

Found this cottage last minute. It’s in a gated community in front of the marina. Everything worked out okay inside and the TV in the bedroom was a plus. The bed in the room was a little too soft for our liking and the walls in the bedroom were paper thin. We could hear everything our next door neighbors were doing and for a minute we thought they were in our room. The outdoor deck was nice but the bbq grill was dirty and the umbrella was filled of spider webs and bugs so in order to use them we had to do some cleaning. Being the 4th of July the marina was very busy and no privacy on the deck. Overall nice cottage in a beautiful area.

Northpointe Marina and Cottages are a great fit for all travelers looking to get out on the lake during the summer months. The Cottages offer beautiful views of the sunrise over lake St. Clair every morning. The cottages are all brand new construction and absolutely beautiful.
The Cottages are the perfect location for all fishermen as its located within a marina with a boat ramp on site. The marina offers boat wells in the water as well as on land depending on your personal preference.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There are no other properties on lake St. Clair that offer an onsite boat ramp along with a place to store your boat in the water or on the trailer. Each of these spaces has full water and an electric hook up for your boat either on land or in the water. The setting at the cottage is amazing being that it is located within the gated access, Northpointe Marina. Each cottage has its own personal deck with a barbeque and brand-new patio furniture. All cottage decks are directly facing Lake St. Clair for a beautiful waterfront view at all times of the day.
Another amazing benefit of staying at the cottages is the gated access and 24-hour surveillance of the property.
