We look forward to sharing our 2nd home and our escape from the stress of life with you and your family/friends. Each time we travel to our condo, we enjoy the peace and natural beauty of our “little pocket of heaven” located on the the white sandy beaches and emerald waters on the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo is gulf front and located on the 7th floor in the middle of the resort! The 7th floor is a great location at Tidewater, just the perfect height. You can see fish and dolphins swimming in the water almost everyday. Simply gorgeous and rejuvenating.

As you enter our condo, you will notice a bedroom on the right and a bedroom on the left of the entrance hallway. Both bedrooms have hardwood floors, king size beds and private bathrooms. We consider both of these bedrooms master bedrooms. Both have full baths attached and 32 inch flat-screen smart LCD TVs with cable. One master has a shower/tub. The other a stand up shower. Our unit also has a bunk room perfect for the little ones (we officially are not allowed to call it a "bedroom" because it has no door or closet). The bunk beds are twin sized beds. The third full bathroom is by the bunk room and has another stand up shower. Our condo sleeps 6-8 comfortably (including adults and children) Perfect for family and loved ones!

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter-tops and 3 bar stools. The kitchen opens up to a dining area and family room. Includes a new microwave and coffee pot. The dining room table has 4 chairs with a 5th chair in the unit with plenty of space for all. The sofa is a pull out queen sleeper bed made of white sunbrella material and is hidden with a comfortable slip cover. There are also two comfortable accent chairs for even more seating. The kitchen, eating area and family room all overlook the Gulf! The family room has a new 42 inch, Smart LCD TV with DVD player and cable. The balcony has seating for 4 and is a great spot for relaxing while overlooking the gorgeous beach. The balcony floor was recently painted and has newly purchased cushions on the balcony chairs. Our home has other upgrades including a new dishwasher purchased in 2021.There is also a new washer/dryer as well as a refrigerator/freezer for your convenience, both purchased new in 2019.

Online Resort Registration required for armbands and parking passes $54.04 limit 2 parking passes and 8 armbands. Late registration less than 24 hours to arrival adds $10.
