¡Tidewater tiene todo lo que puedes pedir! Nuestra unidad está cómodamente decorada con muchas comodidades. El balcón es perfecto para observar delfines, leer o disfrutar de la arena blanca y el agua azul.

Tidewater Beach Resort ofrece dos piscinas laguna con spa de 4200 pies cuadrados cada una, piscina cubierta climatizada, bares tiki en la piscina, gimnasio con un bar de salud, sauna y baño turco para hombres y mujeres, un centro de conferencias de 5000 pies cuadrados, centro de películas y medios pasarelas cubiertas desde la cubierta de estacionamiento cubierta hasta el condominio. Tenemos siete ascensores de alta velocidad para llevarlo a donde va.

Con un total de 1131 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, esta unidad ofrece encimeras de granito y techos de 9 pies. Muchos extras y mejoras en la unidad lo hacen cómodo, relajante y divertido. Tenemos una cerradura de combinación en la puerta de entrada para su conveniencia. No te preocupes por perder las llaves. La conexión inalámbrica a Internet de alta velocidad lo mantendrá conectado, TV / DVD en ambos dormitorios, incluido un televisor de 60 pulgadas con DVD en la habitación familiar para entretenerlo. Hay una lavadora y secadora en la unidad tambi��n.

Tenemos DOS habitaciones completas y una tercera habitación de "literas" para los niños. Hay 3 baños, uno para cada habitación, ¡así que todos tienen privacidad! Nuestro dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y nuestro dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen.

Para mayor diversión, Pier Park se encuentra a 1/2 milla de Tidewater, donde puedes cenar, comprar, entretener a los niños o ver una película.

The room was so clean!! The host answered every time I sent a message and was so helpful!! The view was out of this world. The room was exactly like it was shown online. We had a great week and will be back and hopefully be able to stay at the same place.

Enjoyed our Stay at Tidewater

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility is great and has 2 large pools, hot tubs, gym, and a small store in site where you can get ice cream and Starbucks. Our room had plenty of space for all of us. The one negative thing id that all of the mattresses need upgrading, even the bunk mattresses. For a person with back issues they provide no support. Mine was much too soft allowing me to sink down almost into a hole and I’m a small person. The only other negative was very slow elevators. The property management checks on you every day and they help with any needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Area was beautiful, facilities very clean. However, the elevator situation is terrible. during checkout, you could be waiting in 45 minutes for an elevator. this could be frustrating. parking is across the road and you have to access the second floor to get to your car. Very inconvenient.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartament with old furnitures and old appliances, even I reported that the refrigerator had a rust front door with pictures and nobody call me about it, the building have 7 elevators and only 2 was working, you think twice before using this elevators, everytime that You need it take you almost an hour of your time go up or down, the maintanance in the building is almost zero, if you decided use the stairs, you need a flashlight or use your phone, the stairs look like a caveFor the price that I paid it is better and newer options all over the cityPlease go somewhere elseI will never come back to Tidewater again

Our stay

Condo was great but kitchen wasn't stocked well only 5 forks we had 6 people. No measuring cups of any sort. Otherwise it was great

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room itself was fine. The staff was okay. The elevators sucked! We had to wait 20-30 minutes at a time to get on one. We had to walk down 17 floors of stairs due to someone pulling a fire alarm but none of the staff was alerting people it was clear. They were just sitting at desk instead. Kitchen needs ovenmits and measuring cups. Also, needs updated fridge because it was rusting. The only other issue I would say is the pool was always dirty with sand etc

Don’t stay here!!!!

Elevators literally took 30-60 minutes EVERY SINGLE TIME we needed one. Sometimes we just used the stairs. You know the situation is bad when people climb stairs to the 17th floor in 90 degree heat with no ventilation in the stairwell because they just can’t wait for the elevator any longer. It’s awful to never get to go to dinner or shopping without being gross sweaty because you used the stairs or waited in the heat for 45 minutes for an elevator. The pool situation was bad too, but it didn’t have to be. One of the hot tubs was broken all week but that wasn’t the worst of it. They have a bunch of rules they send out, like no speakers at the pool, but then security refuses to enforce it. Multiple people rolled up with speakers that were so large they had wheels (like a large suitcase) and played their music so loud at the the pool that you couldn’t have a conversation. When you get 3 people doing this at once, playing different music and then turning it up louder to hear it over the other speakers, it becomes unbearable. The location of this building it great, but staying here will ruin your vacation.

Overall very disappointed in wait time for elevators! Ridiculous! Parking is awful! You take up the entire beach with your chairs! Too far to walk to set to tents and unfair to me! I paid to stay here not 30 miles down the beach! I want to walk straight out my door to the beach! Move your chairs over and closer to each other! Refrigerator is rusty and tissue holder is rusty!!!

Elevator & parking ****!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The time spent waiting on and riding the elevators is ridiculous! Several were not even working. The condo itself was okay, it was clean and the master bed was comfortable. We had to call Maintenance for the master shower breaking and wouldn't turn off. He came promptly and it was fixed within 30 mins. The kitchen had plenty of dishes/cooking items...which we never used.Only used the blender, making margaritas and didn't have salt. Everywhere else we've stayed, the kitchen was well stocked with the usual and salt & pepper is a given!The time wasted on the elevator is just unacceptable! You wait and wait, then one arrives and it's probably packed full like sardines and you have to wait on another one! We say no more high rises for us! All in all, I would stay in this condo again, no problem, but the elevators ruined that chance.

I would not recommend Tidewater Resort!!

Elevators were out! Even when they were fixed it took 20 minutes to get to room!! Also the Resort took up whole beach with their rental chairs I MEAN THE WHOLE BEACH! We had to take our chairs to the front on another condo!! Never will I book at this Resort again!!

Very pleased with our stay

The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with any plates, cooking items, large bowls, blenders, pitchers, strainers etc you could need. That was really nice. I read that elevators were slow but we were there during spring break and while we did have to wait a few minutes for an elevator most times, it wasn’t a long time at all. This is on 17th floor and I knew that when I booked. I do wish I had chosen a unit lower, as I’m afraid of heights but the view was gorgeous. Unit faces the ocean all afternoon so you get nice warm sun on the balcony in late afternoon and you can watch the sun set. Only 15 minute walk to Pier Park. The furniture could have been a tad more comfortable. The recliners didn’t support my legs fully. Kinda short, weak leg supports so I couldn’t fully recline. Beds were comfy. Showers were fine. Kids complained once about water getting cold easily but again it was spring break. I didn’t have that issue. This unit is just steps from garbage chute and elevators, which is nice. They didn’t supply more than 1 paper towel roll and and one extra toilet paper per bathroom and the TP is very very thin. We bought more immediately and left many rolls behind for the next people so they had better TP. We visited another unit with the same exact design and they had a really nice bunk area set up that I wish we had. We only had the beds and no door/curtain for privacy. That one had a curtain, LED lights and shelves for items. I was kinda jealous of that.

Great location

The property was great. Excellent location, close to the pier and restaurants and shops. The only downside is that the wait for elevators was very lengthy at times. Other than that, fabulous!!
