WEEKNIGHT DISCOUNTS!! Charlton Lane Cottage is SO Savannah!

ASK ABOUT OUR WEEK-NIGHT DISCOUNT - Monday through Thursday nights! (excludes holiday weeks)

This is the most charming, "Savannah-centric" home! Upon entering into the charming living space with original brick fireplace (only decorative). Off the living room you'll find the sunny kitchen, fully-equipped with every cooking essential.
Upstairs, the master bedroom with king bed and generous storage - ideal for extended stays. The full bath with tub/shower combo and double vanity is en suite.

Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the large courtyard separating the carriage from the main house.
A washer and dryer are also available in the courtyard and shared with other guests.

Nearby attractions include The Sorrel-Weed House, Green-Meldrim House, Mercer Williams House Museum, and the Fountain at Forsyth Park. Head North just a short walk towards the National Landmark Historic District center, with Broughton Street being the go-to for shopping and dining. Both City Market and River Street are a 15-minute walk from this home.

NOTES:
OCCUPANCY: We NEVER allow more than 2 people, including infants/children, at the property at ANY/ALL times.

Minimum age to reserve is 25 years old, no exceptions.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED! NO BACHELORETTE/BACHOLOR GROUPS!

No pets or smoking allowed.

PARKING INFO:
There is no parking at the home. This is located on a LANE/alley so the closet street parking is one block in any direction.
1. Luxury Living Savannah has 4 privately reserved parking spaces (a few blocks away) that are available to our guests for rent. We charge $20 per night, per space and this can be added to your reservation charges. Please arrange for this at time of booking and provide vehicle tag number & state. (for this property, most guests appreciate our private spaces because street parking is difficult to find)
2. All of downtown has metered, on-street parking. SOME parts of the Historic District are free on Saturday/Sunday. The City of Savannah uses Meter Pay Stations on each block.
* You can download the APP "Park Savannah" to pay meters from your phone

* Visitor Parking Passes are available for 24hours/$15.00 and 48hours/$24.00. Passes can be purchased through City of Savannah Parking Services.

Wow! What an amazing stay and getaway in this comfy cottage. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cottage was beautifully decorated—full of Southern charm but with all the modern touches you could need. It was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable.The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet just minutes from downtown and all the sights, shops, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed being able to have a reserved parking spot nearby so we were always guaranteed a place.Our host was also incredibly kind and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and offering great local recommendations. You can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into making this a special place.If you’re visiting Savannah and looking for a relaxing, memorable stay, this cottage is a gem. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We visit Savannah often and we always stay in this area when possible. Squares, Forsyth Park, Church Bells and shopping with a 4-6 block walk.

Cozy and cute

The location was amazing and the size was perfect for my husband and I. The only negative was cleanliness. The floors were a little dirty and there was a dead bug in the microwave. This did not interfere with our trip and we still loved this vrbo.

Property is exactly as described. Well equipped and beautifully furnished. Walking distance to most areas of downtown. I would've liked a throw blanket downstairs for chilly nights.

Perfect location in Historic District

This property was exactly as advertised. It is located in an ideal spot within walking distance to everything in the historic district. We had a rental car for a day trip to Tybee Island and we're glad we signed up for the parking option since parking can be expensive and hard to find. If not for the Tybee visit we would have gotten along just fine with walking and an occasional Uber/Lyft (including the short ride from/to the airport.) The property was perfect for two people and included everything one would expect from a quality VRBO. As others have said, the courtyard was a nice respite and we basically had it to ourselves the entire visit. Suzanne was excellent to work with and responded quickly to a few clarifying emails. Several friends have Savannah on their short list of places to visit and we will definitely tell them to stay at this property if it's available.

Great location!

We enjoyed staying at the carriage house. The location was excellent for walking and not having to get the car out. The place was neat and clean and very cute. My only complaints are that the cable didn’t work and the smoke alarm would go off every time I cooked something. Beware if you have mobility issues, the stairs to the bedroom and bathroom are a little scary. But nice place, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect for a weekend getaway for couples

EXCELLENT spot in Savannah anywhere you wanted to go it was a quick walk to it all! Check in and communication was super easy and the place was very clean. Definitely keeping this spot in mind for future weekend getaways to Savannah for me and my husband.

Perfect Savannah Getaway

This is the place to stay if you're coming to Savannah! It is easy enough to walk everywhere you need to, but so cute and quiet. It is also across the street from the cutest coffee shop that my friend and I visited every morning. Staying here truly makes you feel like a local!
