Sleep in comfort in one of four spacious bedrooms fitted with fresh bedding for a good night's sleep. Guests can choose between a variety of single, double or bunk beds so there are plenty of options for up to 12 guests! Wind down before bed and watch TV, do some night time reading or simply indulge in a hot shower before bed. The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials and fluffy towels so you don’t have to bring anything along!

✔ Guests will have the entire home to themselves and can make the most of the green space, back deck overlooking the water, patio with firepit and charcoal grill, and of course the beautiful lake frontage!
✔ The front door has a code lock, you put your finger on the lock so it lights up and type in code 1-9-5-0. If you prefer keys please go to the back door lock box and use code 1-9-5-0.

★ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ★

✔ This unit is amazing for proximity to the lake!
✔ Aircon and heating is available.
✔ The space is professionally cleaned after each stay.
✔ As it’s a lake environment, be prepared to encounter some insects. We have a professional pest control company but cannot guarantee you won’t come across some bugs or ants.
✔ The neighborhood can be loud at times with firework displays etc and very quiet with families at other times.
✔ Longer stays will have a $125 per two weeks light cleaning fee. Cleaner will do a light cleaning and quick inspection of the property.
✔ There is no dock with this unit as the neighbor's dock is unsafe.
✔ Stairs are steep and narrow and one room is very small with a sharp=angled roof.
✔ There are cameras at every entrance/exit facing outwards from the home. Cameras and the internet may not be covered, turned off, or manipulated in any way.

★ LOCATION★

This home is located 64 miles from Dallas and 20 miles from Athens, Texas. The Cedar Creek reservoir is known as a recreational lake for skiers and is also a good fishing lake for white bass, catfish and crappie. Within a short distance away, you’ll be able to find many eating options, golf courses or a nearby Walmart Supercenter to get some fresh food for the BBQ!
