This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in Siesta Key right on Crescent Beach at Siesta Breakers. This is the ideal location on the #1 beach in the USA, with easy access to all the attractions. There is private beach access with chairs and a heated pool for use on premises.

There are unobstructed beach views from the granite kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle for extra sleeping area. There is a second full bathroom right outside the second bedroom.

The family room is bright and open with fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and the powder white sand. There is an open lanai off the main living area where you can sit and enjoy the amazing Siesta Key sunsets.

This unit has all the modern conveniences you need with wifi internet, smart TVs and an in unit washer and dryer. It is also fully stocked with beach towels, and all the kitchen necessities. This unit also comes with private beach access with chairs, a designated covered parking spot, two tennis courts and heated pool.

Siesta Breakers is located right across from the South Village and is easily accessible off Stickney Point Rd. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment is within walking distance of the complex.

Beautiful Place

We really enjoyed our stay at Siesta Breakers on Siesta Key. The condo was fully furnished with everything you would need. Wonderful location and Beautiful beach. Can’t say enough good things about the condo, our stay, dealing with Jeremy, - it was a wonderful two week vacation.

Siesta Breakers Stay

The place was absolutely perfect! Location has plenty of things within walking distance. The trolley stops right in front of the gate and will take you to the village for free. The view from the balcony was amazing! The people in the area were super friendly!! Would definitely go again and highly recommend to anyone to stay here!

Slice of heaven

We were very pleased with our stay here. The views are breathtaking, and you can enjoy the sunset right from the balcony. The condo itself has plenty to offer-spacious master, well-appointed kitchen, and even some games and puzzles for a rainy afternoon. The location is perfect-right across from Captain Kurt’s, along with many shops and other restaurants. If we return to Siesta, we will definitely stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Siesta Breakers!! The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable and stocked with lots of the comforts of home. Not to mention, the view of the Gulf from the master bedroom and living area was stunning!!! Jeremy was a very kind and responsive host. We highly recommend him and would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this Siesta Key condo! The unit was spotless and well-maintained, and Jeremy was an excellent host who responded quickly to any questions.The location is fantastic - walking distance to shops, restaurants, market, and ice cream shops. As people who love to cook, we were very pleased that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.While the general property grounds could use some attention, this is understandable given the major hurricane that hit the area less than a year ago. This is beyond Jeremy's control as a unit owner and doesn't reflect on his rental at all.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommend for a clean, well-equipped place with a responsive host in a prime location!

Location

The location on Cresent beach is perfect. Easy access to the beach, it was less then a 3 minute walk from condo. We didn't rent a car for this trip, because everything we needed was within walking distance. The host provided easy to follow directions to gain access, and was very responsive to any questions we had prior to arrival. The condo looks just like the photos. We had a great week long stay, and we look forward to visiting again.

Nice stay

This condo is in a great location on Crecent Beach across from Captain Curt’s! Jeremy was quick to reapond to any questions we had. The unit had everything you needed. Linens, paper products and all things kitchen. Nice ocean view. The grounds could use some attention but that’s to be expected from the hurricane. Only odd thing was the queen bed in the second bedroom. Would be ok for kids but not a couple. It had 3 sides like a daybed so one person had to climb in and out. Other than that the place was great!

Can't wait for our next trip!

This property was great! Jeremy was an extremely communicative host, and made the check in process really seamless. Traveling with young kids, this was the absolute perfect location where we could come and go from the beach, and stop at the pool anytime. Close to shops, the bridge, restaurants/bars and ice cream. This is our 7th time to Siesta Key and out of all the rentals we have stayed in, this property had the most amenities. Beach toys, chairs, kitchen utensils/appliances, beach towels etc. I would defintiely stay at this location again! Thanks Jeremy!

Sisters getaway

My sisters and I spent a week at Siesta Breakers and had a wonderful time. The views from the balcony were beautiful. Short walk to the beach and pool. Beach chairs and floaters, etc were provided in the condo, which was really nice, as well as that available down on the beach.Souvenir shops were right across the street, as well as restaurants with live music and ice cream shops. Free shuttle that runs every half hour to take you into the village to shop or eat. Had a question for Jeremy and he called me right away. Quick response and communication. Very nice to work with. Condo provided us with everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Jeremy!

The location is perfect!!

If you don’t want to rent a car this Condo’s location is perfect. Lots of restaurants and bars right out in front of the Condo. Easy walk to rent all thing that float and book boat tours of all kinds. This Condo is in South Siesta Key and there are several free shuttle services that can pick you up right outside the complex gate if you want to go to the North Siesta Key Village or to the beautiful Siesta Key Beach. We loved Crescent Beach right in front of the condo, easy walk and chairs for the tenants use made it so convenient. (The condo also had three beach chairs available and one small chair umbrella (we added two more for the next renters) which we used the day we went to Siesta Beach for the drum circle. The beach view from this condo can’t be beat!!! Loved coffee on the balcony every morning. Jeremy was awesome to work with, couldn’t ask for better owner service or check in/out!!! We hope to be back soon and will definitely try to rent this unit again!!

Wonderful week at the beach!

My husband, daughter, and I rented this unit for a week. It was so, so wonderful! The unit is spacious AND cozy. We were able to make oursevles right at home with the large kitchen, amazing beach views, and big closets. The unit was a great size for our family of three and we were also able to host other members of my family for breakfast and post beach drinks. Little things made a huge difference: Easy/no fuss check-in process, Keurig, beach towels/chairs... we had everything we needed and loved our stay. Also great location - right across the street from Captain Curts and close to Big Water Fish... We will be back!!!

Perfect location

We loves our stay!! Very short walk to beach. Condo was super clean, lots of extras ex. Large heach towles, coolers!! Beds are super comfortable. Loved the pool.

Best family vacation ever!

We absolutely loved this place. It was spacey, SO much room. Location was great! Beach was unbelievably beautiful! Jeremy provided so many little amenities that made the stay better. He also was willing to answer any questions promptly. Hope to be able to come back to Siesta Key and would definitely stay here again.

Great views! Perfect location!

Had a wonderful week. Can't beat the views, the beach or the sunsets! Unit was clean and as described. Beach chairs are provided but Wish we knew earlier that you can arrange for umbrellas and cabanas....no umbrella in unit for the sun sensitive. Excellent communication/responses from owner. Overall a great property at Siesta Breakers.
