This light and airy two bedroom, two bath condo is spacious enough to accommodate up to six guests. It features complimentary wi-fi, a flat-screen TVs, a washer and dryer, and a fully furnished balcony. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a large vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed and access to a full bathroom as well. The living room features a sleeper sofa, while the separate dining area features a large table for six. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and cookware.

Amenities include an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, a private beach, dock, concierge, and a delicious restaurant with Bay views. There's also a bar, concierge, business center, complimentary parking, and onsite grills.

Complimentary parking is available for the first vehicle. Height restriction is 6 feet 8 inches. A $10 charge per day, per vehicle, applies for additional vehicles. Additional parking is subject to availability. There is no RV parking available.

Late Arrivals - Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If arriving after 11:00 pm, advance arrangements must be made by calling the property's Front desk.

Construction Notice: The Hyatt Vacation Club at Beach House will be replacing all of the villa roofs between Nov. 1, 2024 and May 2, 2025. During this time, we anticipate elevated noise levels near the work zone from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
