With room for the whole family and even your four-legged friend, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage has all the amenities to make your time here effortless and unforgettable. Hike, zipline, golf, and sightsee in the beautiful mountains of North Georgia! Enjoy the sound of running water from a mountain runoff stream that flows right through the property!

All the comforts of home await, with high-speed internet, smart TVs, games, and even Alexa! Step outside onto two large decks that overlook the two-acre wooded lot with seasonal views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. With two separate living spaces to accommodate larger groups, spend the evening watching your favorite movie on Netflix while the kids play downstairs in the lower living room, equipped with games and a TV.

Great Mountain House

We had a great week vacation--ziplining, golf, horseback riding--all within 5 miles. The host, Steven, is fantastic. He provided welcoming snacks and Kuerig coffee. The house is well appointed with everything we needed, including plenty of detergent, spices, condiments, etc. Would highly recommend this mountain house.

Little things make a difference

We enjoyed our stay although the downstairs AC/Heater thermostat needed new batteries and the two frying pans are worn out and need replacing. It would have been nice to have a crock pot there also.

Fabulous R&R

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was cozy easy to find and well appointed. The host, Steven, was so helpful. We had a minor glitch, and he handled it quickly and efficiently. The cabin is in a quiet area, and has a wonderful porch to look out over the trees and just have some great conversation. Would stay here again anytime!

Highly Recommend

We went for a family trip for New Years and it was perfect! House was clean and spacious and had everything you need! Very well stocked and arrived to special treats! We enjoyed all the amenities and spent time in Helen and Highlands. Easy drive to many places! We also loved the Dillard House! We will be going back! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for my husband and I, and our two grown children and their partners. Two stories with a bedroom on the main and two downstairs. Each story has its own huge deck with furniture and a swing on the lower deck! Each story also has its own living room hang out area. We appreciated the subtle touches like a few snacks and bottled water in the kitchen, access to the community pool (not every house in SVCC has access), smart thermostats and the luxurious heated light/fan in the bathroom. For future guests, the house is on a one-way street. Double check your map/route to ensure you approach the home on your right. :)

Change of plans

We arrived at property about 12:30am. At no fault of owner, we arrived to down large trees as there had been recent storm. The trees were in the way of entrance to home and made it difficult for our dogs to get in and out of home. Other than the tree issue, the home was in perfect condition and exactly how pictures depicted it to be. Sadly, we had plans that required us to depart from the property because of the dogs. The owner was very apologetic and released us from the rental agreement. We will definitely rebook the property next time we travel to Sky Valley. The back porches were so peaceful and I look forward to relaxing on them in the future.

Great 2 story floor plan

The property was just what 3 of us needed. A great layout on both floors, well stocked with everythig one would need, and located between Clayton, GA, Highlands, NC and Franklin, NC.

All was great!

We loved the place. We played golf at sky valley absolutely beautiful course. We did the zip lining at highlands zip line also did the swing. So much fun. I totally recc ingles as the choice of grocery stores. All and all great stay.
