These bunkhouses provide a great lodging choice for people wanting the basics, while enjoying a comfortable mattress, fridge, microwave and just a cool environment. Look for Zion's Camp and Cottages to see all of our properties!

Looking for a serene, peaceful place to stay while visiting the National Parks? Look no further. Campsites full and want a place to shower and get out of the elements? We have you covered.

Our bunkhouse units are set up with two per building and a connecting door to accommodate larger groups. Each private bunkhouse has a king sized bed and a set of bunk beds as well as a private full bathroom. The units are accessible using a keyless entry system. Details are sent electronically two weeks before your arrival date.

Each unit has a high efficiency A/C and Heater, Wi-Fi and a Roku TV- so be sure to bring your logins with you!

The kitchenette is equipped with a full size fridge and microwave. For your convenience there is also a blender, crockpot, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker, electric water kettle and dishes/utensils for four guests.

There is no oven or stove, however, we do have an outdoor communal food prep area where you can set up your own camp stove or use one of the several charcoal or propane barbecues onsite, on a first come, first serve basis(propane is provided, charcoal is not).

Outside you will also find a fire pit (available seasonally), hammock posts, and picnic tables under our large cottonwood trees.

Guests have access to all of the grounds, barbecues, large parking area, bird feeders and hammock posts.

Your host is available by Airbnb chat, live chat text, phone and the caretaker is always close by.

La Verkin is a small town located about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. We have a grocery store, a couple of gas stations and an excellent coffee shop. We are located next to Hurricane, which has a Walmart, movie theater, restaurants and more. If you need more than that, St. George is about 25 minutes away.

You will need a car to get around. We have plenty of parking.

Check-in instructions are sent via email and text two weeks before arrival.

Cute little cabin

This place was adorable and the teenage siblings appreciated having separate beds. Well stocked with everything needed. Only issue was ants that we feel might have been brought in by a previous guest leaving food out - they were all over in the morning. Otherwise, everything was amazing’. Would stay again!

Basic - clean and comfortable

The property is clean and very functional. We stayed for a week and found that our needs were met in every way. Easy access to Zion National Park and restaurants in Springdale, La Verkin, and Hurricane.

Great place for a short stay

This property is motel like with everyone in one room and one bathroom. It was great for our 2 night trip to Zion! The place was clean and easy to find with the directions. It’s reasonably close to Zion but you can stay closer if you want to pay a lot more. The host was easiest to communicate with if I called. Email or through VRBO was slower. We would definitely stay here again if we do Zions!

Only complaint was that the housekeeper was knocking on the door around 9:20 am on our check-out day. We thought check-out was at 11 so we decided to sleep in. Our blinds were shut as well. I’m not sure if there’s a better way to communicate we were still in the room, but we were shouting “yes? We’re still in here” and she still opened the door. Thankfully the top lock was secured but it was the one thing we wanted to share to possibly improve.

Would most definitely stay here again! Super clean and very comfortable rooms. Lots of great amenities and the location is AMAZING. Only 25 minutes to the park. I definitely will be coming back to stay here again the next time I am visiting Zion. Booking through the site was super easy! I went directly through the website and not through Expedia. The email reminders and directions were all easy to follow. I also appreciated the text updates.

This didn't affect us, but the adjoining wall is definitely not insulated or built with 2 independent walls so even very small noises transfer. Being in construction I can't think of an easy fix at this point but if you build anymore I think building 2 separate dividing walls would help eliminate any noise complaints. I noticed there were earplugs in the cabinet so I'm sure it's been noticed. Everyone was super friendly and we didn't have much interaction due to Covid but we did speak with the woman taking care of the flowers and Colleen and both couldn't have been nicer.

It was a safe, enjoyable space. The outdoor areas were clean and well kept, the grill was great to have access to, and it was pleasant to be so close to Zion. I didn't wind up interacting with many people - however, the whole process was very easy. Reserved online through your website (cheaper that way than through aggregator or competitor site), and you sent me the door code the day of arrival. All very clean, very smooth.

It was very easy to book a reservation online.

It was very easy to book a reservation online. The room was very clean. I don't have to check in, just use a code they send us by email. I was very surprised about a big refrigerator (not like a small ref at hotel) and other kitchen amenities such as coffee maker, slow cooker etc. My family stayed only for one night, but we would definitely stay more next time. Also if you have more than one children, they have bunk bed. My daughter was very excited to sleep on the bunk bed.
