Great base camp for zion

House was very clean and cozy with all the essentials you would expect from a quality VRBO rental. Location is far enough away from Zion to get away from the people but close enough to still enjoy with a short drive.

Perfect girls trip getaway!

We got to spend 4 days here and had everything we needed. The home was cozy and clean and just a short drive from groceries, gas and of course Zion. Will definitely come back again in the future!

La verkin property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very convenient to surrounding attractions, highways and restaurants. Would recommend to those wanting to spend time in beautiful southern Utah.

Convenient location to Zion!

Great property - convenient location to Zion! The property is clean and well kept, with plenty of space. There is a grocery store very close to grab some provisions. I would stay here again.

Very nice comfy house

Great location for trip to zions, house exceded expectations. perfect place for family or 2 couples, will rent again on next trip to zions. Your housekeeper does an awesome job, this place was immaculant, washer and dryer a big plus.

Excellent accommodations!

House was perfect for a relaxing place to stay after hiking the Grand Canyon and visiting Zion! Very clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-stocked for all our needs! Little touches added to make the stay better than anticipated! Highly recommended!

Comfortable location

We dont prefer to be in the crowds of tourists near the National Parks so this location was great! Close enough for easy access, far enough from the crowds. We enjoyed the quiet local restaurants. The very comfy recliners were a huge plus after out long hiking days in the Zion.

Our Zion NP base of operations.

This is a well-equipped and clean home in a quiet neighborhood that worked just fine for two couples visiting Zion National Park. Convenient to the park. The owners are very responsive to inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and convenient

Loved staying in La Verkin at your property. It was a nice town away from the buzz right near Zion NP, but a close drive. Got supplies in Hurricane on our way in. I would recommend it to friends.

After Christmas Vacation

My family vacationed right after Christmas. The reservation, rental and follow-up was smooth. The house had everything we needed and was convenient to Hurricane. The drive into St George wasn't too bad. We had a wonderful time.

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We used the grill most nights and that was great. It's about a 30 minute drive to Zion but it's also more convenient to Kolob Canyon or if you're going to venture out to other places. There is parking in the driveway too. The grocery store 2 minutes away (Davis Farmer Market) was actually very convenient and fully stocked (think Safeway or Fry's/Kroger). The large living room was great to unwind in after a long day of hiking.

Quiet, accessible, just we needed

We were exploring Zion National Park and needed a simple, quiet, accessible place to eat and rest. This home was a nice place to come 'home' to after long (and wonderful!) days of hiking. There is an excellent grocery store in Hurricane that has quality meats and produce available for quick and simple meals. House was comfortable, very glad to have a washer/dryer available. My only negative comment - there is a waterproof mattress pad on the bed in the master suite. ICK! Crinkly and hot and uncomfortable.

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at Rich and Melody's home in La Verkin while touring Zion. It met all our needs. The property was clean and homey, plenty of hot water, a great kitchen for preparing meals, the bed was comfortable, and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer. Rich and Melody were quick to respond to emails and were a pleasure to deal with. It was only about a 20 minute drive to Zion. Great coming back to the peacefulness of La Verkin after hiking with the crowds in Zion. Start your hikes early to beat the masses. Do not miss hiking The Narrows. Absolutely amazing! Be sure and rent gear for the hike. We used Zion Guru. You will not be disappointed if you rent this property!

BEAUTIFUL home and VERY WELL STOCKED and CLEAN in the kitchen and bedrooms/ bathrooms. DEFINITELY would RECOMMEND staying there!!!!!About 20 minutes from Springdale and Zion National Park.Hurricane is about 10 minutes away and had a HUGE variety of places to eat and things to do.
