The perfect location with close proximity to many restaurants, shops, and theme parks. The unit is newly renovated and features the highly rated Heavenly Bed by Westin. Because we believe that a good night sleep is just as important as waking up to captivating views for optimal relaxation during your stay. The views from this unit are truly magnificent with the Gulfs' emerald turquoise hue water and sugar like white sand beaches. Delight yourself in the morning sunrise with a freshly brewed cup coffee. We offer complimentary coffee from the Nespresso Creatista premium barista style machine. It makes delicious lattes, espressos, and cappuccinos. If you prefer traditional drip coffee we also stock Starbucks blend in our fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the beach during the day, rest in the heavenly beds while listening to the ocean waves by night, see the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. This place is amazing!


***NOTE: The condo was recently renovated, including all new windows and doors. The outdoor and Jacuzzi are open, indoor pool close until January.
They're currently finishing up renovations, continued construction, there may be some intermittent noise in different parts of the building.

Due to the renovations, the nightly rates have been significantly reduced to make up for any inconveniences.

The condo is on the 8th floor towards the Southwest private corner of the Resort. This very clean and cozy unit, 2BR/2Ba sleeps 7 people. The large ceiling to floor windows and mirrors capture the stunning Gulfs' view all day from every angle of the unit. The kitchen has pots, pans, toasters, utensils, and all that is necessary to cook a good meal. Also, new white shaker style cabinets with gold hardware and a posh feature wall. Exquisite Italian marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. As well as beautiful natural wood like porcelain tile floor throughout the common areas. Marble floor in the bathrooms. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, therefore all mattresses and pillows use hypoallergenic protectors/covers that are changed, cleaned, and sanitized after each guest. A queen size sleeper sofa is available in the living room to accommodate two guests. The master bedroom has a king-size Heavenly Bed by Westin, with a full bathtub marble bathroom. It has a large glass sliding door that opens directly to the balcony or if you choose to enjoy the view from the comfort of your own bed. The second bedroom also has a queen Heavenly Bed by Westin with an adjacent full marble bathroom as well. Rest at ease in fresh clean high thread count 100% cotton sheets which have been thoroughly cleaned after each guest.

**We adhere to high standard of cleaning and disinfecting methods throughout the unit. All highly touched surfaces; light switches, remote controls, game boxes, door handles, knobs are cleaned. All mattresses and pillows have hypoallergenic protectors which are washed at high temperature, sanitized, and changed between guests, along with all linens, towels and bed comforters. The unit is aerated with fresh clean ocean breeze during cleanings. *** we use lysol products**

For your convenience and entertainment when not at the beach, the living room and both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen, wall mounted smart TVs. Also provided are free high speed Wi-Fi, and game boards, books. We also provide ALEXA which will play music, give you local weather and general recommendations and information. A Wi-Fi Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker. For families with smaller children a portable play pen and booster seat. As well as the travel size basics; shampoo, conditioner, soaps (Paya organics, an eco friendly brand), toilet paper, and paper towels.

This is a smoke free condo including balcony. However, the resort does offer a smoking area for guest who smoke. You can smoke outside by the Hot tub area, just not in the unit nor in the building. It’s the resort policy.

Located in the immediate vicinity of The Sundestin Resort are many restaurants, stores and entertainment places. There is the Big Kahuna’s water park, Crab Island, The Track go carts, Crab island, snorkeling, fishing and Baytowne which offers a variety of restaurants and bars by the pier. Across the street is Waffle house, Chick-fil-A, Alvins beach store. There many antique shops as well. We are located close to almost everything within 5-10 min drive.
