3.5 stars due to bed situation . The master bed was so uncomfortable that we lay there with backs hurting every night. Finally, on our last night, we got up at 10 pm and left. This is a VERY thin mattress with a foam pad on top of it. A very soft foam pad. The whole this is encased in a zippered and stained cover. The foam pad shifts and ends up hanging over on one side. No way to reposition it without totally unzipping the whole thing. This set up causes the fitted sheet to not fit and it is just a very uncomfortable night. The owners should spend a couple nights in that bed.The unit was in a great location, elevators fast and smooth, beautiful view, cute furnishings and wall art. Clean except for some stained rugs and baseboards were dirty. They hadn’t been cleaned in a long while, but we could live with that.Overall a decent unit, but when something is advertised as “pent house,” you expect nicer than usual. A small amount of money could be spent on this place (new mattress, a good deep cleaning, some new paint) and it would be worthy of the pent house description. Right now it’s just ok.
