Luxury Sea Pines Home, Pool, Hot Tub, Arcade

Our beautifully updated Sea Pines retreat is thoughtfully designed for relaxing coastal getaways with family and friends. The home comfortably sleeps up to nine guests, featuring a unique bunk room with three twin beds and a queen bed.

Enjoy your own private backyard oasis with a fenced pool and a luxurious 75-jet hot tub with lounge seating. Inside, you’ll find stylish furnishings, comfortable gathering spaces, and fun for all ages with a commercial-quality arcade featuring over 3,500 games.

The beach is easily accessible via the bike path right beside the home — just an 8-minute walk or a quick 4-minute bike ride to the sand.

Rental fee does not include gate passes for Sea Pines. (Sea Pines has made it quite complicated for us to purchase them for you.) You can purchase a week long pass as you enter at the gate. The current rate is $30 per week per car.
In colder months, pool heat can be added for a fee.

We have been traveling to HHI for 30 years and have been staying in Sea Pines for the last 10 years. We loved this house it was clean, spacious and a short bike ride or walk to the beach.

Amazing location and home to stay for our family of 5. Everything was well equipped with amenities, spotlessly clean, and plenty of comfortable space for us to spread out. It was a perfect location to bike to the beach, South Beach, and Harbour Town. The pool and hot tub were amazing and privacy was unmatched, we were in it every day. Our kids loved the lofted bed and playing all the games in the arcade. The host was incredibly responsive and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. 10/10!

Great stay in Sea Pines, very convenient to the beach, Harbour Town, tennis, golf courses, and all amenities. Comfortable home with a well-stocked kitchen and outstanding gas grill. The pool and hot tub were amazing! I highly recommend this home.

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our family of 4 with room for more guests. The kids loved the lofted beds and the swimming pool. The adults loved the hot tub and the well appointed kitchen for cooking. All enjoyed the location in Sea Pines with quick bicycle access to the beach and to ice cream! We look forward to returning soon.

A wonderful place for our family vacation. It has a full kitchen with all the items needed to cook. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids.

Fantastic location, quick beach access. We rode bikes there daily and it was about a 3 min bike ride. The kids loved the pool and location was amazing and central to everything we wanted to do. We had never been to Sea Pines before and we didn’t know we had to pay for a parking pass when we enter and they only accept cash at the gate. It was 20 for a week pass, but would have been helpful to know.

Loved the property Location in Sea Pines. It was quiet and we just loved how the location was so close to the beach and to Harbourtown. The beds were comfortable and the amenities had what we needed for my adult children for my adult children and I, my wife, and I.

The home was very clean and spacious. Our family loved swimming in the pool and we were happy it was so well heated. It was nice that the hot tub was close to the pool, too. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Our host was very quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. The house was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Perfect location in Sea Pines. We walked to the beach and rode bikes to South beach and Harbour Town in about 10-15 minutes. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful for families

Beautiful house, great location, very clean! The kids loved the bunk room, the arcade, and the pool. The kitchen was well stocked for family meals. We would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Get-Away

This property provided everything we needed for our time at the Beach. Great location with short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were great benefit. Enjoyed our time and would rent again.
