Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, this home is just a quarter-mile from the shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe and only 11 miles from Northstar ski resort.

The main level features the updated kitchen, living room with large TV, dining area and a queen bedroom. The mid level room features a sofa and a TV for private television watching and includes sleeping for 6 more in this family friendly recreation room. The entire family will enjoy staying at this comfortable home complete with WIFI and three cable TVs equipped for Streaming and Blu-ray/DVD players. Guests will also find a great selection of movies, books, and games, PS3, plus a large, furnished deck with a gas grill.

Location:
Our home is located on Tahoe's North Shore in the town of Carnelian Bay between Kings Beach and Tahoe City. Carnelian Bay offers access to beautiful beaches, biking and hiking. You are only a 10 minute walk to pet friendly beach, 7-11 mini store, miniature golf, and great restaurants. In winter you will enjoy being close to popular ski resorts and snow shoeing trails.

Parking:
Parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles. All cars must park on the driveway. Garage access for one car available. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Use of outdoor furniture is not guranteed in the winter.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
* Your safety matters. This property may features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
